Have 96 reviews and maintain a 4.79 out of 5 stars. Out of the 96 ratings, 82 are five stars. I open with this because this is a family owned and operated company and soon to be a second generation company. This is our livelihood and you the client and your satisfaction in very important to us. To receive a false bad review is disheartening. Mr. Client Scheduled a carpet cleaning appointment for a move out. He asked for the 2 area deal we have for $**.**. We I arrived to his apartment he had a 26ft truck backed up about five feet in front of the door. He also had a ramp going into the apartment which I had to climb to get into apt. we greeted each other and the first thing I asked him was how long will that truck be parked there. He reply was ( In a sarcastic voice ) until it’s finished. We proceeded to go upstairs and he showed me the room and the hallway. He asked me how much more to clean the stairs. Before I can answer that question. I needed to find out which type of service he wanted. Also His room reeked in cat urine. I also needed to make sure that carpet cleaning doesn’t remove pet urine. It is a bacteria and needs to be treated as such. Now I knew he wasn’t interested in the pet treatment. However, the carpets were soiled and I asked him if he would be interested in the deep scrub as we continued down the steps. Now I’m standing on the steps and he is on the ground floor. He asked me again how much would it cost. Because I spoke about a few services I need to find out which service as well make Him aware that the deep scrub does not remove the pet odor. As I asked him he told me Just answer the dame question. I then disagreeing in how he’s responding to me a second time I said whoa whoa take it easy. I’m here to help you. Again I said Which type of cleaning he wanted. He proceeded to tell me you are doing what I want in a degrading voice. I felt his reaction towards me was a bit racist and disrespectful. At that time being he kept snapping at me. I then said, I don’t need this and walked out on him. I refused to work with a client who’s  treating me aggressively and with disrespect. I respect all my clients and I have had some that started a bit ruff with me but, as we talked and if I shared my concerns for their ruff treatment they would apologize and everything would be great. I would offer them quality service as I would any of my clients. When I received an email from the client one of his comments were tech could not speak very good English. To me this proved that he was acting racist towards me. I am an American Born and raised in the United States. I felt when I first walked in from the beginning he wasn’t in agreement that I was Hispanic. But I ignored that idea until I read his message. Review: Tech did not want to do the job. I asked about another service and when I did, he claimed I was getting angry, which was recorded on my home security cameras and just left the house. Left my wife and I without service and we were moving that day.Desired Settlement: Employee termination!
