I had a horrilble experience with this company and I do not recommend anyone use them. They are very unethical. I had a problem and called at least 7 times getting a different answer each time. They never resolved my issue. Buyer beware!

Complaint I have a paid receipt from this company. they host internet domain names. I had teapartyactivist.com name and they lost it even though I had it 3 yrsyour-site virtual servers [redacted] XXXXX. they host web-sites and domain names. I paid them to maintain and host the domain name [redacted]. I have had this names for about 3 years. I paid them in X-XX-XXXX - X-XX-XXXX. In February 2012 I found out that I no longer owned this name they said they do not know how they lost it. they have made no attempt in the last few months to resolve this issue. Desired Settlementthey need to buy the site back which they said it would cost them 10,000.00 which they said they were not going to do. then I told them that over the last 10 years I have spent 3000.00 with them so I want all my money back times 2 which would be around 6000.00. the name is worth more than that.Business' Initial Response We did hold the registration for [redacted] for 3 years for [redacted]. in late 2012 the domain name was lost due to an unknown reason which we have been unsuccessful in determining how it was transferred or lost. When we were made aware of the fact that [redacted] no longer belonged to [redacted], he was issued a refund of the registration and hosting fee for [redacted] for 2012, which was the time persion he paid for it but did not own it. Later communication was made with [redacted] in which we offered [redacted] for free to him, which he declined, stating that he wanted the .com instead even though there was no website associated with [redacted] for 3 years. He was informed we would look into [redacted] and attempt to acquire it back in good faith. Upon communicating with the registration squatting company that owns [redacted] we were informed thy wanted $10,000 for the name, which we refused. [redacted] was informed that we would not be purchasing the name from them. He then proceeded to make a demand that we should re-reimburse him for $6000 for the loss of a name which he was informed we would not be doing. He was pointed to the "Terms of Service" governing all domain name registrations done through us at http://www.your-site.com/reg com.html and referred to sections 12 and 13 that handle this type of incident. We stated again that his money was refunded and that was the best we could do since he refused the offer of free registration and hosting [redacted] . In his phone calls to us, [redacted] always threaten us with lawyers, made outrageous demands for re-reimbursement and the last call he said he was going to ruin our company by posting on various messageboards and websites on the internet. At this point, he was told we are terminating all communication with him.[redacted] is not worth more than $6000. We would like to know how that number was arrived at. A company asking a price for a domain name does not make it worth the asking price.Consumer's Final Response I found out February 2013 that I know longer had the domain name. I originally said February 2012.thanks
