I froze my acct due to moving to a different cityOut of no where they reactivated my membership without notification and charged me $I immediately called and said this must be a mistake my acct is frozenIn fact it was not a mistake so I told them I wanted to cancel on the manager approved a cancel of membership and refund of $On I was charged another $119, they never canceled my membership after I asked and sent over the proper formsI called again and had to recancel everything AGAIN! In September I was charged yet AGAIN! The manager took two weeks to call me back just to tell me she could refund partial but not all of the charges and that is still on my acct that I will need to come in and receive services for because it's non refundable but I already received approval from the prior manager that it will be refundedDue to their non communication and errors I am still missing $that I did not receive nor want services for I would like a refund
