I booked an appointment for colour and highlight with [redacted] at Tonyc Salon in Scarborough Town Centre on June 25, at 12:pmDuring consultation, prior to colouring, I explained to [redacted] that I did not want my hair to look orange in anyway and that I was going for a more ashy undertone [redacted] and I agreed that she will bleach my hair and do a technique called [redacted] followed by a toner to neutralize any orange and red tones [redacted] had recommended trimming my hair after colouring to get rid of any dry ends [redacted] I was reluctant to have [redacted] cut my hair and I specifically told her that I do not want to lose any length off my hair, so I do not want any trimming or haircut [redacted] She said to me, I will trim just a little bit on the ends (1inch), after coloring the bleach makes your hair dry, DON'T WORRY, I WON'T CHARGE YOUI do not want you to have a nice hair colour then have the ends of your hair look so dryIt w

On Saturday March 26,I had an appointment with Tonyc Studio Hair Salon at [redacted] Mall with one of the hairstylists named [redacted] I made the Appointment the previous week as the deal was to get the promotion of $140(Included Colour or Highlight service, [redacted] treatment and wash, cut and style.They told me offer will end March and I should take advantage of this Promotion [redacted] The day of my appointment, [redacted] and the owner [redacted] , advised me that since I have dyed my hair previously,they would have to use a remover which cost an additional $to get the dark brown I wanted.I agreed to it and let them do the job for the total of $200.The work on my hair started at 3:PM, by two of the hairstylists [redacted] and ***.They applied hair color remover which [redacted] said was required, and they washed it off, and then applied the hair color [redacted]

Manager at Natural Solutions Salon would not issue a refund for a [redacted] colour job I received on September 1st 2017, so I agreed to return for a complementary correction on September 8th 2017. after the colour process, the stylist refused to blow dry my hair unless I gave her extra cash. I asked if I could please use the dryer myself as I was cold and had an appointment shortly thereafter. She refused to allow me to use the dryer and sat me under the hood. [redacted] I then left to speak to the manager who was at L'attitudes Salon in the same mall. I demanded to either have a refund or speak to the owner or appropriate person. She would provide me with neither, [redacted]

Tonyc Hair Salon & Spa was advertising a promotion for a cut, color, wash and style for dollars*** Tuesday September 26th and made an appointment at the Scarborough location for Wednesday September 27th at 9:amI confirmed with the associate booking my appointment that the promotion for $included a wash, cut, color and style was still available and she confirmed that it wasMy stylist coloured my hair dark brown no bleaching involved, washed, cut and styled my hairI paid for my bill and after paying, while still at the cashier I noticed the total of my bill was $I asked the associateShe told me that the promotion only included root touch ups and not a full color*** could not further discuss the chargesI called back the salon only to be told again it only included root touch upsI searched Tonyc website and saw the ad for the promotion still available and the flyer did not mention any limitations ***

Booked appointment for 19th May for perming after assurances that a stronger liquid would be used after us explaining that process didn't work the last timePerming expert had already checked the hairs prior
Perming was done, hairs came out looking nice, we left satisfied and happy only to realize perming started disappearing after few hours ***

I made a hair appointment for $highlights When done, the salon wanted to charge me $without consulting, communicating or asking if I wanted additional services The services they were charging for are normally included in quoted prices As I had no cash, I agreed to pay in excess of what I had booked the appointment for when the receptionist told me the manager would call to discuss They never did I wrote a request for a refund and they replied with a bunch of lies including a consultation was provided, which it was not ***

What can I do with this $75 ? for Your Space Salons & Spa. Can It be facial ?

Purchased a product from Retailer L'ATTITUDES SALON & SPA *** Markville Shopping Centre and in minutes after making the payment, I realized the product has actually expiredI went back to the store and asked for a refund, the store employee refused to make the refund, *** their manager was not on site, no one else could authorize a product refund** They don't believe that the product has actually expired, even it is printed BEST BY 07/on the bottom of the bottle and the packaging

I went to NRG back in September of I went in for a hair cut and wanted to include some layers, they washed, cut, then dried and curled my hairThe next day when I straightened my hair I noticed it was extremely unevenI called the salon to see if I could come in and get it fixedThe Manager after a long period of holding immediately told me that no other stylist could help me, only the originalI had to be there before 2pm and that was all they could do to assist meNo compassion or apology, it was them doing me a favourSo I agreed and I was going to a wedding that evening and had to drop my dog off and was going to be running minutes lateI called them to say I would be ten minutes late, the receptionist *** told me no, they could not help me even if arriving at 2:So I panicked and started calling every salon in the neighbourhood to pay for someone to correct my hairI was not receiving any assistance from NRGI finally called *** after finding out they are all owned by the same companyI explained my situation and told them I would pay and just needed someone available to fix my hairUnfortunately timing they did not have appointments, so I scheduled one for MondayI got home, just at two, I live ten minutes from Erin Mills Town CentreSure enough the Manager of NRG calls me and the first thing she says "I heard you are calling around the mall to get your hair fixed, I told you I would fix it"I did correct her and said that the receptionist turned me away and said she could not help me since I would be ten minutes lateI did find it interesting the Manager suddenly had time to call and discuss the matter unlike our first initial phone callMy time had run out and I had to just deal with a noticeably crooked hair cut and off to the wedding I wentI had my appointment with *** for Monday and all would be goodI got a call Monday morning and *** told me they would not accept my appointment unless I went to NRG firstI was floored, you are demanding me who is the paying customer, because remember I am paying additional funds on my already "senior stylist" haircut to get this correctedI refused at that point to go back to NRG, from the Saturday and way I was treated I sincerely did not feel comfortableAnd if I am paying for it I decideSo I reached out to their Customer service, via email, no phone number, and was hoping someone would reach out to meThese stores banned together and treated me with mean girl mentality and it should be uncalled forTo this day that is nearly six months later not one person has reached out, I have followed up with my emails, I have reached out to them on social media, I have sincerely tried$I had to pay for my horrific haircutI did manage to get and appointment at *** which is also owned by them, and they graciously assisted meAnd he agree that my haircut was an absolute botchSo botched they had to remove another two inches, today I still struggle with my short hair, still using bobby pins to keep my hair up in a pony tailI cannot believe the service that was provided, the absolute lack of effort to communicate post salon visit*** ***

I was fortunate enough to make a blind appointment at Natural Solutions one evening, I didn't care who did my hair. As luck would have it, Liana was assigned to do my hair. I was desperate for a change and had no preconceived ideas. She took me from drab to amazing in no time at all. I felt like a new woman, just fantastic! I was getting compliments from strangers. I continued to see Liana who maintained my look for about 9 months when I decided it was time for something new. She gave her a vague idea about what I wanted and she changed the colour from meek to amazing! Again, I left there feeling like a million bucks! [redacted] my boss who I've worked with for 25 years noticed the change. Said he has never seen my hair look so good. This from I guy who notices nothing. Super talented Liana.
