Your Tahiti Connection Reviews (3)

After a week of stormy and snowy weather, I went to drive my son to work and I discovered that my wipers were in the upright position and no amount of coaxing would change that This is my first winter with this car (another Toyota) and my first winter with a car starter With the snow coming down fast and furious last night, I must have left my wipers on when I turned off my car In any event I was stuck, and in a panic I arrived at O''Regan's at 5:pm and the service department was closed, as it closes at I entered the showroom and spoke to a salesperson to see if he had any suggestions, if he had heard of such a thing happening I was worried I wouldn't get it fixed before needing to go to work in the morning and seeing dollar signs in my head He came back a minute later and said there was still a mechanic in the building and that he would take a look Everyone was so helpful, and it only took about minutes for ***, the mechanic, to figure out and fix my problem Everyone had smiles for me, and when I reached for my wallet and asked how much, I was told not to worry about it! I was so grateful and I would recommend O'Regan's Toyota to anyone

The staff at Green Light Auto stand behind their promises and follow through with any commitments or service agreements. Recent repairs on a vehicle I had purchased from this company required extensive interaction with the original warranty and the third party warranty I had purchased through O'Regan's (Green Light Auto). Although they were not obliged to act on my behalf, the finance manager at O'Regan's attended to my problem and was able to ensure the work required on my vehicle was expensed appropriately across two warranties.

I recommend this company and can attest to the business acumen of the owners, managers and staff.

I made an appointment to purchase a vehicle from o regan's direct halifax.
I confirmed the total price including taxes with the employee and she set an appointment for 11:15 am with the manager.
I asked at that time that the paperwork be completed beforehand, as I was traveling from Pictou and was in a rush.
When I arrived at the dealership. the manager was absent and the vehicle was on a supposed test drive with a supposed customer.
I wonder if this is notthe used car salesman trick of there is someone else very interested
At 11:30, still no car or manager, I informed the salesmen I was about to leave. They then managed to contact the customer who was 5 minutes away and informed they were sure he would not buy the vehicle.
I finally got to see the car, but when I mentioned that the radio did not work , I was informed that it needed a $[redacted] part, so the previous owner did not have it fixed
I asked if an adjustment could be made, from the now present manager.
I showed the kijiji ad that listed a radio as part of the equipment.
His reply was that there was a radio, and that he did not know it did not work until minutes before when the previous owner advised him.
No rebate was forthcoming but I agreed to buy the vehicle anyway.
The clerk prepared the bill of sale and added $300 to the agreed price, calling it a lot fee.
I argued without success that this fee was not mentioned on the kijiji ad, and their saleswoman had not mentioned it the previous day.
It is unfortunate that the Revdex.com [redacted] to a sales organisation that behaves like a backyard snakeoil sales outfit
