I did not request these items this business is referring toIt appears not only is this business dishonest but they are falsifying a word document to their favorI was not given the opportunity to go over specifics for my event with this business as I stated in the complaint, Charity advised me I needed to put a deposit down to hold that date because December is a busy time of year for themI called her to put the deposit down to hold that date ONLYCharity advised me she would call me back to go over specific details because she was not in the office at the timeI had to call her due to lack of communication on her endOnce again she had enough time to take my payment but not go over any details with meCharity never stated the deposit was non refundable nor did I sign an agreement acknowledging and agreeing to any termsWhen will this business provide the actual receipt and not a falsified word document?After this experience with this business I do not wish to use their services, nor would I put anyone through this experience of dishonesty, falsifying information and lack of professionalismI would like to solve this through the Revdex.com if I can not then I will have to take this matter to the court systemI would like a full refund

With all do respect, what you're asking of our company is to bend our contract to accommodate you personally; considering you wrote terrible things about our business as well as failed to cancel in a respectable amount of time in order for our company to find an alternative gig in place of your event we are unwilling to make an exception as there is no tragic causePlease understand by failing to give us proper notice of your entente to cancel you ultimately blocked that day from our other many excited customers from receiving our typical star servicesIf you will take a moment to kindly take note we have very little negative feedback from those who actually use our servicesYOU DID NOT USE OUR SERVICES and then proceeded to complain about a service that you never allowed to performWhile I have apologized many of times for your personal dissatisfaction with our administrative side of things, the truth is, you haven't ever had the experience of our highly exalted BARTENDING SERVICESHad you been willing to answer or return any of the many of calls/messages I've left you asking to speak to you personally I was calling in regards to offering you our services free of charge with an agreement to revise your review based on a true experience of our bartending servicesUpon revision of your review, one that would reflect actually using our services (rather than debating our policies of non-refundable payments or communication style) we would be willing to partially refund you only in the incidents of using our servicesThese are details better negotiated and worked out over the phone so we can still customize event details based on ideas you may have or want to use during your time with usIf you are completely unwilling to experience YTBAR we consider you feedback helpful for bettering our business for future customers but wont be able to assist you furtherIf you should want to take this matter to court please be aware we will would plan to counter-sue for liable and slanderous information and deformation of our businesses characterAgain, we apologize for the confusion you have experiences in our retainer non-refundable payment policy and deeply regret not being allowed to do your graduation partyWe would greatly appreciate a chance to make it right in your eyesThe owners cell is ###-###-#### or reach the office at ###-###-#### to schedule your upcoming event free to charge to get the ball started on getting you fully satisfied with YOUR TRAVELING BARTENDING, LLC

This company is falsifying documents in their favor. I do not mind deleting my review on Facebook, or completely removing my complaint from the Revdex.com if this company is able to make things right with me. I feel like you all are being dishonest about the amount that was taken out of my account and it is unfair to me, the customer that I have to go through this. Every company makes mistakes; it is about how you solve it. The way this company has handle my complaint thus far is proving why I did not ultimately want to use their services. This company knows what they are offering me is unfair because upon this situation. As I stated before I would like to solve this through the Revdex.com but if not I will have to take this matter though the court system. I think what is fair is a full refund, so we both can move forward from this situation and not look back.
