Review: My daughter [redacted]nquired about grants in the USA to prepare and to see if she qualified for any grants. She was on several websites and chose USA Grants to assist her in finding. However, she was told that we would be charged one time of $29.95, Recently I went into my local branch bank and began going over my monthly statements. They have been charging every month since May 2015. I was advised to contact them to see why they were charging me every month. They said that I agreed to it. I advised them that my daughter [redacted] and I both agreed to the initial charge. However, nothing after that. I then asked to speak to a supervisor due to I was making no progress with this Rep. She then said I was being too snippy with her and that I should file charges against my daughter because she knew what she was doing. I then asked her for the address and asked where they were located and she said that because we are only online we do not have to disclose. I hung up with her and called again. I spoke to another Rep, and she was not helpful either. She said that she would see if she could refund one month and if I agree then I cannot file a dispute with my bank. She also refused to provide me with an address and a name of a supervisor. I then went to my bank and explained to them the issue. They filed a dispute with them and it appears they have challenged the bank refusing to refund my money. I had to close that card so that they would not charge me any further at the advice of my bank. I have been charged $29.95 starting in May 2015 and ending in Jan. *, 2016. I will as I agreed to pay for May 2015. However not rest. My daughter was told right away in May that she did not qualify for any grants or financial help from the government.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of all charges after May 2015.
