Yes when we sold Mr*** the Mercedes we told him we should have the title within a couple of weeks as this is what usually happens - however when the sale we purchased the car from could not produce the title (because of an error in paperwork on their side) we offered Mr
*** *** his money back in full multiple timesHe refused this option because he said he loved the car and was willing to wait so he waited until we got the title and he acted to us to be very happyI do not understand the complaint filed as all we could do in the situation is wait or give him a refund and he kept choosing to waitHe was informed of the situation and offered a full refundWe cannot extend a forty five day tag as this is all the law allows so that is why we offered the refundWe have never not been able to get a title for a vehicle and this was a first in this situation for us as well and we offered all we could.
