This company is a scam!
I ordered a pack n play in april 2020. received a tracking number a week or 2 later with an email that it shipped from china. then today I got another tracking update that said it was out for delivery in oklahoma! im in michigan! so I called the konawa ok post office and gentleman told.me he had a call just before me with the same tracking number and that person was in indiana. he had also ordered a pack n play also. the postal man said its a letter! complete scam!! no one will refund our money..not even the bank. I want my money back!

I ordered a Pack 'n Play for *** on 5/14/20 and have not received merchandise.
I ordered a Pack 'n Play for *** on 5/14/20 and have not received merchandise. I received a tracking number which shows package was delivered to a parcel locker at my post office. When I went to the post office there was not a pack 'n play, postal service employee advised me it was a 1 oz. letter addressed to a different recipient.

I have sent the company 3 separate emails *** and have not received a response.

This is fraud.

Desired Outcome

First I would like a either a return email or a return call to explain where my pack 'n play is. Then I would like a refund. Since this has transpired I've done further research and see that this is an ongoing issue with this company so I feel there needs to be some type of legal intervention against them for the theft and fraud they are committing.

I placed a ordered on line with YOURBABT1ST and never received the Pack n play I ordered for my grandson.

I ordered on April 9, 2020 for a Pack 'nPlayard snuggle Suite LX. From YOURBABY1ST on line. Order #*** Payment through PayPal in the amount of $ 89.99.
On my order I was given a Tracking number LYXXXXXXXXXCN when I reached out to the USPS I was told the item was being shipped from China maybe due to the Covid-19 it was being held up. Call back in a week when I called back I was told it had cleared to leave China. Never received the item so I file a claim with PayPal.I called back to USPS in a few days and spoke with employee name *** he told me that it was showing to be stateside. I called back in a week spoke to young lady and gave her the tracking number that the seller *** had provide PayPal with tracking number of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX which was a tracking number to a difference address from my daughter. The Company wasn't truthful with PayPal about the delivery and tracking and the post office can verify it at (XXX) XXX-XXXX. Once I file a claim with PayPal than they came back with tracking number from the seller. My daughter saw this company on babylist because of the Covid-19 we wasn't able to do a baby shower. My daughter had sent emails to the company no reply.

My desired is to get a refund back. So I can get my grandson purpuse him a Pack 'n Play Playard Snuggle Suite LX. And YOURBABY1ST come to an end taking hard earn money from people.

I ordered from this company in March and still have not received the item I ordered.
I purchased a pack and play from this company back in March 2020 and have not received my purchase. I received an email saying that my order was received and the money was deducted from my account but I have still not received the item I purchased. I cannot find a phone number for the company to try to contact them via phone. I have sent 4 emails and always get back an automated response saying that they will get back to me between 06-1400 hours but never get a response after that. I would like to either have my product that I ordered from them or a refund of the money I paid. I paid $89 for this product and still have not received after many months.

I ordered and paid for a pack n play I still haven't received and can't get ahold of the company.
I order a pack n play(order *** on April 9, 2020. I paid through PayPal, received a tracking number, and have reached out to customer service via email. I have not received anything back, I have not received the pack n play (now June 17, 2020), and the money has been taken from my account. When I go to track the package now, the website is down - and has been for about 3 days that I know of at this point.

I would like a refund if my package cannot be located and promised to be delivered by a certain date. The company doesn't seem legit, so I don't want to lose my money.

Never received item ordered. Company sent false statement stating that they delivered it to my house. We have cameras on our house. No deliver made.
Back in December or January, I saw an ad on Facebook advertising a pack-n-play. My daughter was pregnant and I bought one. *** I paid with PayPal. I never received it. The company stated that it was delivered and provided PayPal with a transaction number, but it wasn't delivered to my house. I have cameras on my house. No delivery was made. I just wanted them to replace or refund. The company has blocked me from emailing them. No refund. No replacement. Doing research online, I see others have complained about this company doing the SAME THING to them. False delivery transactions!

Customer Success Manager, YourBaby1ST, saying I will be contacted within a few hours - but no one follows up. I ordered this item for my grand baby, who was born on April 22nd. I've had to buy another play pen as this still has not arrived and no one has contacted me. I want a full refund. Immediately. Will NEVER order from this company again.

Merchant details YourBaby1ST *** I Received an email with tracking information on April 15th, 2020 tracking number LYXXXXXXXXXCN. well with the covid pandemic going on I figured shipping may take a while. But a few weeks later still no update with the tracking information. So I sent the seller numerous emails and never got a response. So I contacted paypal which is the payment method used. They reached out to the seller and within 24 hours the seller responded and provided different tracking information XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX than what I received for my package on April 15. The tracking information the seller provided to paypal stated delivered on April 13 in West Palm Beach USPS. Now a few things just don't add up. I placed my order on Friday April 10, 2020, (received an email with tracking information on April 15, 2020) But tracking information seller gave to paypal stated Delivered April 13, 2020. USPS from California to South Florida ordered on Friday and delivered on Monday supposedly. So therefore paypal closed the dispute since stated package delivered. which I tried to appeal due to order placed April 10 "delivered April 13" But I received tracking information April 15 But paypal still denied. So I contacted USPS with the tracking information the seller provided to paypal to verify address and the address shipped to was not my address and even was a different city.USPS stated since delivered to address provided I had to take it up with the seller. I still have not been able to get any response from the seller so at this point I am out *** for my order. Paypal closed because delivered (which I don't believe that was tracking information for my order) and I can not get a response from seller regarding my order, not can I get a response from USPS lost mail. Just a complete scan offering items and never receiving nor getting a response.

When I inquired as to shipment/delivery details I was given a tracking number that is not valid. When I email I get a template letter response that they will get back to me and never have. I now only want my money back and still can't get thru to anybody for that. It has been over three months. I just want a refund and will NEVER order from this company again.

I have had no contact from the company.

Company lied to PayPal about delivery and tracking and post office can verify it was a scam
4-30-20 ordered. 4-10 got email it was shipped with tracking number in China. 5-7 disputes the charge with PayPal. 5-13 PP denies case because valid tracking code was given and delivery verified. Called post office and package was delivered to the address on the package which was not mine and weighed 1ounce. I ordered a diaper bag and pack and play crib, should have weighed 20+pounds. The tracking number was added to PP the day they tried to reach the seller and was inaccurate.

I placed an order for 2 products on 2/22/2020. I never received either product and I only received a refund for one product.

I would like a full refund. I never received the product despite the tracking information reporting delivered and I cannot file a claim through USPS because insurance was not purchased.

I ordered this product on feb 14th. Never received shipping information. When I contacted the company they immediately send me a 'shipping invoice? and blamed it on the Covid-19 crisis. The tracking info I received still has no information and I have not received the product yet. I also have sent multiple emails inquiring about the product and I have not received anything except automated emails in return. I have now sent two emails requesting a full refund and that I no longer want the product but no response from the company.
