Review: In August 2015, I consigned 16 items including a Rosenthal candy dish,silver-plate gravy bowl, 2 watercolor framed pictures, 3 framed Rockwell plates, silver-plate dessert forks, brass sconces with hurricanes.... Shortly after I brought in my things Karen, the owner, closed for vacation and then had an electrical problem which lasted approximately 3 weeks. During that time I called and left messages, emailed her asking what prices she was asking for my items (which she was supposed to send me and never did). When she did reopen, she was never there when I stopped and whomever was there said I had to talk to her. On one such visit, the girl checked my account and said I should get a check in January(never did)

The contract expired after 90 days, but Karen never contacted me and when she did she said it wasn't her problem. She claimed to have sent me a check, which I never received (could not show me a cancelled check). She could not produce any of my items and said they were donated. However, on the way out I happen topic up one of the items I had brought to her. So is she pocketing the money????Desired Settlement: I want the owner to produce an itemized account of where my items are... if she donated them I want her to produce the paper work

If she sent me a check I want to see a copy of the check I never received

I want my items she did not sell returned to me if they are in her possession

Review: Yours to mine is a consignment store in which they sell used furniture. My contract is dated May 30, 2015 in which my furniture was sold the following month I still have not received payment I have called twice my husband went in person and was told there was a death in the family I called today and the recording states that they will not be in for another week. I feel like they just give people the runaround say that they will send a check but do not pay , this is not good business practice!Desired Settlement: Payment of my goods which sold 3 months ago. The contract states they will mail a check it was never received .
