Yours Truly Bikinis

Review: On April 3, 2013 I ordered a Bikini from [redacted] the owner of Yours Truly Bikinis for $130.00, after a friend had referred me to her. I never received the bikini even though in the website it says it will take 5-10 days to receive. I spoke with her after a month of not receiving it and she said it will be shipped that week. So on May 2, 2012 I order another bikini from her for $145.00, I still have never received either bikinis. I have contact her and after many attempts to try to get a response I had to contact my friend who referred me. [redacted] finally got back to me saying she sent the bikinis but it was returned to her. So I gave her my address again. Now I still have not received my order and she refuses to respond to me . I again contact my friend who referred me and she got a hold of [redacted] told her that she sent the bikinis already and she has a tracking number and I need to figure it out with the post office because it is no longer her problem, but she wont respond to me to give me or my friend the tracking number and I have been asking for a tracking number for months. I feel like I have been ripped off for $275.00 and feel she has no intention of sending me my order and has just taken my money. All I have asked of her is to send me my order, I can even pick it up from her, or a refund and she will not respond or contact me what so ever.Desired Settlement: I would love to get my order but I also believe I deserve my money back. I have waited for almost 4 months and now my summer is basically over.

Review: Yours Truly Bikinis is an online company. They have a website, facebook, and email you can "communicate" with them on. On April 12th, 2012, I emailed them to order a bikini I saw on their facebook page. They responded to my email that very same day and asked me to reply with my size information, etc. They then responded asking if I needed it by a certain date and I responded saying by May 17th. They sent me their PayPal information and I prepaid $130.00 for my bikini. On April 20th I emailed them asking if they received my payment and they quickly responded that they did receive it, which my records show they received it on April 16th. On May 6th, I started emailing them again asking the status of my bikini because I had not heard anything and wanted to make sure it was going to get to me on time. It did not come on time, it did not come by May 17th like they said it would and I never received any response from them, I continued to send them numerous emails and facebook messages from May 6 to June 12 with, again, no response. At one point they even deleted one of my facebook posts from their page without even responding to it. To sum this up, they took my money and gave me no product in return and have been ignoring me for weeks.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of $130.00. Since I did not have my bikini when I requested it, by May 17, I had to buy another bikini which cost me $105.30, I still have the receipt which has the date and amount on it. That comes to a total of $235.30.
