I received a call a couple of weeks ago to look into it but nothing has been resolved the *** said she would look into itThen I received a call from the *** *** stating they only was using their space and to forward the complaint to their place of resident So all in all no one has comply

Review: I had to pay up front for my son [redacted] to attend Ybe camp on july*till aug ** ,2014 my son attend 4days at camp and on july **,2014 my son fractured his elbow at this camp inside the [redacted] on july **,2014 [redacted] told both of [redacted] parent they will give me my money back within the 2weeks of july**,2014 I have been reach out till them and they keep telling me im get my money amont of$877 back I had call the office and explain to them and a women went to the church from the councilman office and spoke to [redacted] she told her that they ar e because they dont have money give her up till aug**,2014 to give me back the money I have been reaching out to the both of the directive about this issue of my money back I have in writing that [redacted] will refund my money.Desired Settlement: directive names [redacted] ###-###-#### [redacted] and [redacted] ###-###-#### [redacted] I need my money back

Review: Morning,The reason for my complaint is false advertisement regarding camp services for my Granddaughter. I register my grandaughter [redacted] for 6 weeks of camp from 7/*/14 - 8/[redacted]/14 she has been attending the camp and is stated dance, basketball, swimming classes, trips etc. but till this date she haven't went on any trips or attended any swimming classes they do dance within the building which is not air condition and they have to walk several blocks to the park to play basketball and also to a school to have their lunch. My granddaughter has [redacted] and she's does fine, but I worry about is the extreme heat which is not good for her, but she knows what to do. I just feel the services that were stated in their advertisment that they do for the children in the summer camp program is not being carried out. This is going on the 4th week and still have no schedule of any of the things they are doing each day the day they still haven't been on one trip the days are long 7 AM to 6 PM. They were suppose to have the camp at a school [redacted] located at [redacted] and it was changed to [redacted]. due to construction at the school we were informed a week before. My grand daughter doesn't want to go back because the lack of actvitiesDesired Settlement: I'm not asking for my full monies back, just would like to have my monies refunded for the remaining two weeks left
