Review: After extensive discussions, on 5/12/14, [redacted] engaged in a contract with Youth Noise LLC for the amount of $14000 that was to provide ad design, setup, microsites, and $9000 of ad spend. Ads were expected to be live in approximately 1 month.
Months into the contract, Youth Noise acknowledged that they were unable to complete services as requested. They had yet to complete setup, and ads had never been fully launched. The team agreed to refund our company $12000.
The refunds were issued on the following dates:
8/21/14 - $5900
8/22/14 - $1800
12/09/14 - $1000
01/20/15 - $1075
Yielding a total of $9775, $2225 short of the agreed refund. The refund schedule has been absolutely unacceptable, and currently am unable to reach a resolution with your team as to when the remaining balance will be refunded, 13 months after beginning this contract.Desired Settlement: At this point, 13 months into this ordeal, we are no longer willing to accept the $12000 refund since your team could not deliver it in any form of a timely manner. We are requesting the full refund of $14000, ($4225 remaining), to be issued within 2 weeks. If this full amount is not refunded, we will be promptly filing suit for the missing balance as well as lost time and interest.
