[redacted] Please accept this letter in response to [redacted] ’s of Nicolosi & Nicolosi, LLP (owner: [redacted] ) RevDex.com claim. The harsh words that were formally posted by [redacted] on the BBB website are inaccurate and slanderous. The claim is completely false and should be taken down immediately. It is reprehensible that a company such as Nicolosi & Nicolosi has used the BBB as a weapon to devalue our company simply to avoid paying an outstanding bill. Youth Sports Publications has been publishing magazines for 11 years and it wasn’t until 2013/14 that a complaint has been posted. How could she write that we “prey on the elderly” if [redacted] is still the primary owner and is currently a practicing attorney? Regardless, please understand that this fabricated complaint is simply in response to the company’s unwillingness to pay an invoice. At this point there has been no exchange of money between Nicolosi & Nicolosi, LLP and Youth Sports Publications. Furthermore, we have ended our collections process regarding this company. Thank you, [redacted] *** [redacted]

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Youth Sports Publications regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:... Their call demanded payment, which we will not make. In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above. Sincerely, [redacted]

It's a scam. They will call up using the name of a local resident out of the phone book soliciting advertising. After you receive the contract and decline, another "local" resident calls and tells you they didn't get the message and the book's already been published with your ad in it. All that from Dec. ** to [redacted]. The best part was when the caller said, "I guess my wife and I will have to pay for it. I wasn't able to get back to you because I have a full time job and am just doing this in my spare time for the kids".
I won't be losing any sleep over that.

Review: I wrote earlier today but feel I did not give you enough information, sorry about that. This company is billing us $250.00 for a yearbook, which by the way looks more like a brochure. On the bill it says that its for the [redacted] Youth Sports League and they give the [redacted] Schedule but they do not give us a local phone number or local address for this League. I don't think they exist. When you try to call them you get a voice mail, cannot get a real person on the phone. ###-###-#### and the fax is ###-###-####, which is the same as the ** address. First I want to say that this company has no affiliation with [redacted] located in [redacted]. We already have a Yearbook donation and advertising with [redacted]. I know this because I called [redacted] second this company states that we approved this advertising in their yearbook but we did not. If you look at their yearbook you cannot recognize any of the children because they all have theirs heads cut off. I think this was their intention that way we cannot say we do not recognize any of the children. We donate to make local churches, schools and organizations but they are all LOCAL. Why would we donate to a company based in [redacted] and Madison **. We do not benefit from that at our restaurant. We would never approve this type of donation. Please have them remove us from their list. Please call me at ###-###-####. I do not explain things very well in writing. sorryDesired Settlement: Remove the charges and remove us from their call list. Thank You.

Please accept this letter in response to [redacted] of [redacted]’s ([redacted]: [redacted]) Revdex.com claim. Let me first respond to this claim by stating that they did inquire about running an ad in our sports magazine. Not only that, but they also approved the ad proof that we were going to run. However, prior to our publications deadline they contacted us to say that they have decided not to advertise, at which point we took their ad out of the magazine and there was no exchange of money. Furthermore, we have not contacted this company in over a year and would like to have this bogus claim against us removed. The lengths that these people go through to make false claims is truly shocking. We have been providing magazines for participating areas for over 11 years and we take pride in our work ethic, content and final product. Thank you very much with your help regarding this matter.

Thank you, [redacted] CO: [redacted]

Review: This company called and spoke with my partner, who is an aging [redacted] patient and told him that they represented "Manhasset Youth Sports Club". No such club exists but he didn't know that. They printed a "journal" that is totally bogus, filled with paid advertisements and a cut and paste of some random events for Manhasset sports. This is a complete shake down for money, this journal is not distributed anywhere in the town.Desired Settlement: We will not pay for this scam. They should be put out of business as they prey on the elderly and have no truthful or useful purpose.

Review: YouthPro has been calling us claiming that we authorized them to run an advertisement in their yearbook. While our staff remembers speaking to them, no one authorized them to run anything. Now they're calling saying that we owe them $550 for an ad that was run this year. They did the same thing last year and we made the payment without knowing any better. This year they're trying to do the same thing again so we looked into it closer, [redacted] them, and saw that they've done the same thing to other companies. I tried calling their listed phone number but there's no response, not even to leave a message. We're refusing to make a payment for this.Desired Settlement: At minimum, I would like them to stop contacting us.
