We ordered two black toner cartridges from yoyoink Both were defective Yoyoink replaced both cartridges AND gave us a 50% refund The integrity of a business is best seen by how they respond when there is a problem The replacement toner cartridges performed well I will be ordering their replacements from yoyoink today [redacted] at [redacted] Phoenix, AZ
