As per customer's request we have refunded the $credit card to them on Sept 2nd,2015....sorry for the delay

We have checked our records along with our sales department that we have spoken once with Vicky back on March 17th,at 10;am as we did play the verification back then and this account has been closed March 31st and therefore, we have not sent out no invoices after that or no phone contacts have been made also our amount is $and not $unless they have us confused with another company

As per your letter dated August 17, in reference to *** ***.This customer had days to cancel his services with us but as of today's date, his account was well over days and we were never advised by no phone calls or by return mail.We have cancelled his account and we have removed
him off our calling list and along his advertising has been removed off our website.Hope this was to his satisfaction*** ***

In reference to the above claim..since the customer is not happy with our services they had days to advise us, which no one contacted us by phone or by writtingeven when we had spoken with *** no mention about the problem....we are closing their account and we have put them on the do not
call list...***

I have checked our records and we only dealt with her back in 2014 which she did pay us ...but we are not contacting her again as she already told us back in 2015 that she did not want to list us no longer and we have not spoken to [redacted]..for over 2 years...she might be confused with someone...

We have spoken to [redacted] on Dec 22nd we did play him the recording that he had spoken to us and he had even given us a purchase order number but then claimed he doesn't know why he gave us a number like that after 179 days I did tell him that they had 30 days to cancel but told him I was going to...

close his account which we did that same date...and he is already on our do not call list.
