I bought a 2005 dodge durango feb 27th 2020 and before I bought it I was told there was no issues with it. So I purchased the vehicle for $3,700.00 and drove it home. The next day on my way to pick my kids up from daycare my power steering went completely out and I about crashed into a pole on lodge dr off of wagner ford rd but lucky was smart enough to know what to do! It sat there infront of my work office til sunday til I had my friend come and fix the power steering problem so then I drove it to wash it off then on my way home while I had kids in my car my temperature gauge went all the way to the red hot line and almost stalled on me on a busy rd. So I pulled over to let it cool down and then got it home which was only 5 minutes down the street where I had pulled over! And this vehicle has been sitting outside my house since it overheated sunday after washing the car! I have taken it to 2 different mechanics but because there seems to be stop leak in it they will not work on it. I have tried to be patient with these sales men and tried communicating with them about having their mechanic look at it and its been 2 days since they said infront of a sheriff I had called that they would come out that day (monday) to tow it to their mechanic and it is now going on a whole week since the purchase of this vehicle and I still don't have the title either. I keep getting lies and ignored. I am losing hours from my job and I have to ask for rides to drop/pick up my children from daycare when I should be driving a vehicle I purchased that was supposed to be a good vehicle with no major problems.. Please help! Thank you

Refund I would rather just take my money else where and put it as a down payment on a reliable vehicle from a reliable dealership! considering i have 5 children i am trying to protect from harms way..
the day she purchased the car she had test drove the car and brought her mechanic twice who drove it for a long period to make sure the car was good and safe to drive. in her satatment she claims that something went wrong with the power steering and a few days later it over heated wich proves she damaged or hit something while driving, even though we offered to get the car towed and checked out and she refused that we pick it up. also after a whole day of trying to get a hold of her she agreed to have it towed and checked out and then we offered to replace the car with a car in the same value but she had refused that offer and asked for the title wich was given to her when asked for! also as of today she asked if we can replace her temp tags wich proves shes driving the car and that it runs and drives. also on a side note she admited to having drug problem wich I think is why she wanted to return the carfor that reason! I have been in business for almost 3 years not one time have I had a problem with a or a complaint with anyone! we tried working with her but she never gave us the oppertunity!

Okay well at the end of the we had tried to solve your problem and try you get it towed and checked out or we had the option of replacing the vehicle with another one the same price and you didn't want that! Now there is nothing we can help you with sorry! You have paperwork showing the car was sold AS IS with no dealer warranty! You had your mechanic the day you purchased it and you had fame a purchased it after coming back the second time! You had time too look it over and decide what you wanted! So we actually have you other options! But you didn't want to be helped! Sorry the day you came picked up the title after this there is nothing we can help you with and you agreed to that... thank you
