Review: On Jan. 6 2013 I called YR supply, because [redacted] bath products listed YR supply as having/selling their products. YR ([redacted]) said they did have the shower doors in the store, but could have it in about 2-3 days. I paid for the shower doors (over the phone) and [redacted] would call when they were in the store. [redacted] called Thursday and the doors were picked Friday and installed during the day. When I saw the doors on Friday nite , it was only one shower door with a gap (opening) of 22 1/2 inches, allowing water to splash on the floor and needless to say it is cold while showering! First I contacted [redacted] shower doors on Monday 1/13/2014 (spoke with [redacted] in technical support) of [redacted] Pa. pretty much too bad that's the way they are made, call where you bought them.
I called [redacted] to describe the situation, she said she would need to check with her manger. [redacted] called back in about 30 mins. to say her advisor [redacted] said the doors were a special order and could not be returned. I said my invoice does not say special order and being the store was very small almost all items are ordered. She insisted it was a special order and said maybe I could put a shower curtain on the opening.Desired Settlement: I believe the doors were not a special order. My invoice does state special order.
I believe they(YR supply) should honor their return policy , and at the very most charge me a 25% restocking fee.
YR supply is in a better position then myself to return the door to [redacted] . The doors are very poor design and not functional as tub/shower doors enclosures.

I am rejecting this response because:
The total conversation with [redacted] was a lie. Am not a regular customer, never heard of them before. I called, because their website list the doors, saying they sell them. I called [redacted] and said "do u have them" [redacted] replied "oh it will take me 2-3 days to get them, I was happy because [redacted] would take a week (but as I found out, to late, I could have returned the doors to [redacted]). She said oh no I will have them sooner. NEVER did I ask is this a special order?! Would never have thought to ask this.
