False advertising associated with laser hair removal. Provided continuous laser hair removal at a setting that caused skin burns and no hair loss. Retracted on resolution that I agreed to.

In addition, provided a Green Peel facial with improper training and incorrect instruction. Did not perform necessary pre- and post-peel steps, did not take into account medications or products that I use that are contraindicated in the Peel, provided completely incorrect post-care instructions that render the peel useless. Did not provide a full service associated with the peel, and the service that was provided was incorrect.

Desired Outcome

Refund Regarding the green peel facial, I just want people to be aware that this spa does not provide a safe service, they have improper training, and provide an incorrect service. They should not be allowed to provide this service. Regarding the laser hair removal, I would like a refund of $280.24 of the 2 sessions I am still owed (1/3 of the package I paid for which included 6 sessions and totalled $840.72)

The customer *** came to us with her first visit on 19 October of 2017 for a laser hair removal treatment. She started being provided laser treatments for
" Upper lips and underarms" areas and purchased a package of 6 sessions.
Absolutely satisfied with results she also purchased " full legs and Brazilian areas" on April 21th of 2017. (all information about her appointments we have in her clients history)

After a few treatments she addressed concerns that she didn't have the results that we promised. We care about our reputation and so we provided her 4 additional sessions for FREE of lips, underarms, full legs and Brazilian areas, to give her the result that was promised (80-85%). When on July 26th of 2018 I kindly asked her to come to us unshaved for the next session to help us understand why she still assures us that she doesn't have 85% of hair reduction, she refused. We have worked with laser treatments for years and we know when customers still have hair follicles or not, and for the last session we clearly understand that she already has more than 85% of hair reduction.

80-85% of hair reduction includes: slow growth of the hair, much thinner hair, and complete loss of the hair. Customers take additional sessions if it necessary to have 100% of hair loss and unfortunately we can't provide it without a payment.

I explained *** that if hair is still there and it is less than 80% of reduction and maybe we are mistaken we will keep providing her sessions without any payment until we see the results we promised but we need to be sure and see her unshaved.

There is no question that ***'s hair removal results are more than 80% reduction. Results before/after are incredible.

As for the *** Deal GREEN PEEL, 3 hours of treatments with *** (our medical aesthetician) at her last last visit (when we asked her to come to us unshaved) she was very UPSET probably after our refusal to provide her free hair laser treatments, she didn't even say "thank you" for all free sessions and our efforts to make her happy for almost one year.
After a classic green peel treatment the "post care" treatment should be purchased by a customer. We can't provide it for free because *** deals (65% discount) and the products price is around 150-250$. Probably *** expected to have the products without a payment. Then *** next day contact to "***" company where we usually purchase the product Dr *** Green Peel. She received the confirmation that I had a training and certification with Dr *** Green Peel procedures. Also she was informed that the " home care"products should be purchased because it is expensive. The director of '***"company contacted me and asked me the remove
" Green Peel" deal on *** because my media spa looses money. The brand is expensive (actual price is 500-700$ for per session), *** paid (175$ and *** has taken from this amount about 60%). As you understand we couldn't give for this price also products for " home care" without a payment.

I kept constantly receive complains from two my employees that it is very hard to work with *** and approximately in two days after ***'s last visit she texted my employee telling her that I am not a good employer and she is not trained well in my medical spa and it will be good if she leaves me and finds another job.

It is not appropriate. My employees graduated from a *** College with honors, they have " skin care technician and laser technician " certificates and a working experience and already trained well.

About a refund that *** asked from us. I don't mind to refund her for two sessions 280.24$. She can give us her email address and a refund will be E-transferred to her the same day. I really want her to be happy. We tried to do our best to satisfy her needs.

I accept the refund of $280.24. I will not post my email address here since this may be posted publicly, however, you have my email address as we exchanged emails. I will email again to confirm my email address.
*** I have email and text validation to show what *** is saying is incorrect.

I was not "absolutely satisfied" - I purchased more sessions because I was promised that I would see complete hair loss for the additional regions - these additional purchases were made after only 1 or 2 sessions on my upper lip - which I was told was a difficult area to treat but I would see a response. Therefore, it was too early for me to realise you had been using the incorrect setting. I purchased laser sessions in October, November and February NOT APRIL. Please fact check before you tell *** - I have bank statements and receipts to prove this.

You did not provide me with FREE sessions, you agreed to provide me with sessions at the correct setting as you and your employee had been using an incorrect setting. The setting you and your employee used initially is for a darker skin. I have text confirmation that you were going to provide me with the additional sessions to recover the sessions I lost - I can send a screen shot if you need a reminder. I suggest that you also read my complaint and my correspondence with you via email correctly - I said that I agree to not shave regions that are not visible so that you can see I have less than 80% hair loss, however, I do not agree to not shave areas that are visible publicly, and it is a disgrace that you expect me to be unshaven with such thick dark hair for such a long time which I do not feel comfortable doing so publicly, hence getting laser hair removal!

Regarding the facial, I was upset because you *** and said I did not need products and you told me to wash my face with water only which is an absolute NO. I called ***s to confirm your protocol was incorrect and for advice. I have email confirmation from you providing me with incorrect instruction to follow and that no products are necessary. If you are going to charge extra for products, that is fine, but you have to advise the customer before they purchase a treatment. You cannot say everything is included and then after they enquire multiple times, you tell them they need to pay extra for products. I was happy to purchase products, and did so from ***s. I can provide email screenshots of your ***. *** removed your offer because I advised them of the situation. You are completely not transparent with the service you provide and clearly have hidden costs.

And to confirm, I am actually owed 3 sessions for full legs - check your records, but I am happy to be reimbursed for 2 sessions for everything.
