Review: My cap fell apart and the bottle broke right in front of everyone in the country clubs locker room. I called customer service, and was on hold for over 26 minuets. Finally spoke to someone and I asked to speak to their supervisor to resolve the issue. They just hung up.Desired Settlement: Either replace the product or issue me inshore credit.

Review: I purchased Yves Saint Laurent Golden Lip Gloss. I believe I purchased it at [redacted], although I may have purchased it at a department store. I purchased it about 4 months ago. I do not have the receipt. I recently used it and the gloss bleeds all over my lips. It even caused some redness around my mouth. I contacted Yves Saint Laurent to tell them to either refund the money or give me a credit. I informed them I do not have the receipt anymore. I received two emails stating they could not help me and I should bring it back to the place I bought it. Since I do not have the receipt, this is impossible. I think this is absurd for a high end luxury brand to be treating it's clients like this. I want a refund or credit and I am happy to return the product. The product was $30 plus tax, which is approximately $33.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $33.
