Review: I placed an order on YSLBEAUTY.com on 6/23, I purchased 2 foundations and 1 lipstick. My order has been shipped on 6/24, I got the package on 6/30. When I opened the box I found one foundation I purchased was already expired. The expiration date is 2015/July. I then called YSL customer service on 7/1 or 7/2, cannot remember clearly. I advised my order number and I was told by the customer service they will ship a new foundation without asking which one is expired. I bought 2 kind foundation. I waited for a week and got nothing, I then called the customer service again and I gave them my order number, never mentioned which foundation is expired and I was told they would ship a replacement for me. Once they shipped out, I would get a tracking#. I've been waiting for 2 more days and got the order cancellation. and told me YSL will not charge me the money for the foundation. I never mentioned to them which foundation I bought is expired and they cancel the correct one. Obviously they knew about it! They sell expired products!! Shame on them! If I haven't take a look at the expiration date on foundation product, I would be using it and paid a big price for a expired product!!Desired Settlement: I want others to know about it.
