Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2016/03/16) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
On the contrary they were very rude to me, because they had exhausted all the parts covered by my warranty with their guessing game as to what part may be causing the problem. Dealer replaced keyfob after customer paid for part. Yes problem was mentioned at time when other non associated repair was done. They told me to make an appointment to come back for recheck. They were very abusive to customer out of frustration that they were unable to diagnose the problem. To this day keyfob is inoperable and door locks are inoperable and the truck release is inoperable. I feel they have abused my warranty for parts they were misdiagnosed. There is still one more part that operates along with the other parts replaced that they were unable to order stating it is no longer available. I believe this part if replaced from the get go may be the part that was actually needed. I have located the part at an out of state parts dealer. They do not want to contact MOPAR, my warranty carrier to talk with them regarding this part at my warranty carriers request. I bought this car at this dealership. They owe it to me to fix this car at this dealership. I have all my work orders that have been done to prove my point. I am more than willing to submit them upon request.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2016/03/24) */
