you company abuse me for 5 days. It was not the first time I am using you. I spoke with the owner on the phone and he hang up the phone on me after screaming on me I was willing to pay you $1500 just so I have my AC working aging. I trust your company how come a different technician came and fix the same problem you wanted $1500 in 1 hour and charge me $200 including TAX!!

We pride ourselves in providing good customer service and being honest, which is reflected in our current A+ Revdex.com rating. invoice that was sent out by mistake, I sent customer an email and tried calling to explain and remedy the situation by offering to re-trouble shoot the problem at no cost and also voided the mistaken invoice. As a owner of the company, I have reprimanded the dispatcher and technician that was involved in this service call. I want to sincerely apologize for bad experience you had and hope you give us another chance to serve you. I would like to offer you free one year maintenance on your heating and AC system and I will personally do the maintenance my self. Once again, please accept my apology and hope for amicable solution that will satisfy you. Sincerely,

Review: I had a problem with my ac that was repaired by yuhan few months ago. I called them and set up an appointment for the next day

the next day no one showed up - I called and they told me that the next day someone will come

the next day a technician came in and started to check the unit he said that there is a leak and that they have to find the leak so they have to remove the refrigeration gas that I have in the system and replace it with nitogen so they can find the leak. I agreed and they did so and told me that they found a small leak in the pipe conectore in the attic but they need to order a o ring and will come tomorrow - they said it will cost 800 to fix eventhough the o ring cost $1

I had no option and I told them justfix it since a needed the ac to work and I was already 3 days without ac

the next day the came at 5pm !! went to the attic and told me that its not the o ring and the problem is the tread that went bad and they have to change the whole coil (its a 4 month unit - brand new) and now it will cost $1500

again I did not have a choice and I agreed but they said its a special part and tomorrow they will order it - the next day I called them and they told me that they are to busy to do it and they will do it after the weekend "i am not the only customer" they said. I was very upset and the owner of the company talk with me and was screaming on me and said - "we do not work with you - we are not coming back - find some one else" he hung up the phone

I called local supplier and asked for the price of the coil and availability - $200 and in stock

I called a different repair company - they technician came the same day - put a new oring - did not change any part and re gas the unit and the unit is working perfectly

I was so upset from the scam but did not do anything - today I am getting an invoice from yuhan for almost $900 !!!!Desired Settlement: void the invoice and let people know not to work with them since they are no reliable not professional and not honest
