Hello, This response is in regards to Complaint ID: [redacted] On 5/15/15, we received a signed agreement for a Motorola Moto X (White) Smart Phone from Mr [redacted] On the same day, we emailed Mr [redacted] a confirmation notice for this product (Moto X) On 5/20/15, we emailed a Shipping Notification to Mr [redacted] for the Moto X (White)He subsequently contacted us and indicated that the Moto X was not the product that he wanted and thought he had selected the Nexus and wanted to switch products We advised him that he would not qualify for this product (Nexus 6) based on his credit application He then instructed us to cancel the order We then proceeded to cancel the order and process the refund of his initial payment We also emailed him confirming that we had cancelled his order and that we had initiated his refund and to expect to see his refund in his account within – hours We processed the refund on the same day that we cancelled the order (5/20/15) and there were no further actions for us to take Sincerely, [redacted] YuKeep

This application was submitted on 03/14/and shortly after it was submitted, we requested additional processing of income verification The applicant completed the income verification process but it was not satisfactory to our guidelines and this in conjunction with other derogatory factors,
the application was declined No monies were deducted since the application was not approved

On 5/20/15, we emailed a Shipping Notification to Mr. [redacted] for the Moto X (White). We then proceeded to cancel the order and process the refund of his initial payment.  We also emailed him confirming that we had cancelled his order and that we had initiated his refund and to expect to see his refund in his account within 48 – 72 hours.
We processed the refund on the same day that we cancelled the order (5/20/15) and there were no further actions for us to take.

If the refund truly has not been deposited into Mr. [redacted]'s account, we are available to assist him in any way we can to ensure that this matter is resolved.  He can either provide us with his bank's contact information and we can contact his bank to resolve this or he can provide us with a document from his bank with any information they might need to resolve this matter. Either way, we are available to assist in resolving and closing this matter.
