Customers service suppose to be piriorty, some of the staffs and owner her self are very rude they should learn how and when to speak

agency selling for airlines as such all monies paid to us are in turn submitted to the individual airlines
With the suspension of *** all clients were advised of the refund policyHowever, *** *** seem not to understand this , *** Travel extended the courtesy of refunding the passengers with our money on check No *** in the amount of $and has to wait on *** refunding it back to our agency
This waiting period for refunds is not made by *** Travel, airlines have procedures and policies we have to adhere to

Review: On September ** 2014, I purchased a Ticket (Reservation # [redacted]) from [redacted] Travel Agency in the amount of $316.60 to travel from New York JFK to Georgetown, Guyana. On the day of the travel, September **, 2014, I received a call from [redacted] indicating that the flight was "postponed" for the [redacted] of September. On the [redacted] of September, I receved another call from [redacted] indicating that the airline is no longer operating and that a check will be issued to [redacted] Travel Agency within two weeks. Today, I called [redacted] Travel Agency and was informed that the airline has not issued a check yet and they do not have a date when my money will be refunded. I was told "customers just have to wait."Desired Settlement: I would like my $316.60 paid to [redacted] Travel Agency to be refunded at once.
