I placed my order on Yulo.US and while it has order confirmed with a tracking number for *** confirmed, the message I see on my tracked item is as follow:
"The *** *** *** was electronically notified by the shipper on November 14, to expect your package for mailingThis does not indicate receipt by the *** or the actual mailing dateDelivery status information will be provided if/when availableInformation, if available, is updated periodically throughout the dayPlease check again later."
This means the package was never sent to the post office and therefore never shippedThe reason I placed from this website is because their pricing seemed reasonable, the items stated they were in stock and the map on their website indicates that my item should arrive based on where I am located in the US from their St Louis warehouse in days after order is confirmed!
I emailed twice and left a message to no avail!
My order was for $for infant formula - something that needs to be received right awayTheir customer service number either plays music or beeps which I assume is to leave a messageVERY DISAPPOITING! NO ITEM AND NOW NEED TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET MY $ BACK!

I don't want the items anymore clearly I don't trust them I just want a refund !

Phone number is disconnected, adress is supposed to be in phoenix, but package came from StLouis, Mo...only half of my things were in there and the day shipping ..well ordered it on the 3rd, it's now the 15thWill NEVER order againCan't get the website feedback to work I smell a bad business!

I came across this company from a [redacted] ad pop up,while searching for online food supplies.I visited their website which is very nice with 3 or 4 descriptive sentences written about each item that they show available for purchase.(over a thousand different items I'm sure)
This company specializes in importing and distributing foodstuffs,liquor,and toys from[redacted].They claim to have a few different warehouses around the U.S. where the orders will be shipped from.Main company contact address is [redacted] which as it turns out is nothing more than a rental office in an old,small office building in [redacted].(I live in AZ and checked it out)
Before I ordered,I did do a background check on the company and saw all the complaints people had filed over the years against this company.Because of this,I made sure to use a credit card to pay for the purchase,because if the merchant doesn't deliver,the credit card company will get your funds restored while they deal with the crooks.
Unfortunately,I am just the latest victim on top of the pile.My experience was very much the same as many reported against this company.I decided to try a small order with the company for 3 different items;all of which were shown in stock and available to ship in 1 to 3 days.After not receiving any items,I checked my order number info with their website and learned that my order had been closed (without ever notifying me) and that each item now showed "refunded" on the company invoice.Only problem is that no money was ever refunded back to the credit card.The in stock,ready to ship items that I had ordered apparently were not available,and to their credit,I noticed they have now removed them from their website.I first tried to contact them through several phone numbers that I found for the company but never was able to get to a live person or leave a message no matter what time of day I tried to call.I also wrote them an email explaining my situation and after about a week,they responded saying my credit card would be refunded in 3 or 4 days.I still have yet to see anything from Yulo so I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money refunded.The credit card company credited my account temporarily until they research the claim but have given Yulo a 2 month window to respond to the problem.Still waiting to see how this eventually plays out.
Even though they produced a nice website,the company appears to be nothing more than a bunch of ripoff artists looking to separate unsuspecting people from their money.After all,possession is 9/10 of the law;correct? If you pay with anything other than a credit card,you probably just made a contribution to their retirement fund!
If you really want to avoid the apparently better than average chances of disappointment,I would highly advise you choose NOT to do business with Yulo Toys Inc.

This business is awful and ruined my Christmas gift plans. I ordered 36 bottles of Glühwein and Marzipan on Dec 6 to be given as Christmas gifts for my staff. On Dec 20, the shipment still hadn't arrive. I inquired by email and received a form reply in German. On Jan 1 I received a cancelation notice that "a product(s) is no longer available" and my whole order was canceled by Yulo.

DON'T BOTHER ORDERING FROM THEM
Ordered on 12/6/2014 and it supposed to arrive by Christmas to give away to kids and family. Needless to say I did not get it by then. I got partial order a month later on 1/7/15 when Holidays were over and I had banch of candy with Christmas theme. Who needs it then? To top it 2 chocolates were missing and few were crushed. I wasted my money with Yulo because I ended up spending more money to get last minute presents for Christmas. It is 3/24/15 and I haven't received rest of the order. You can't talk to anyone on the phone, emails being egnored or you get generic messages with **.

It's been 18 days and my order still has not even shipped. I tried everything to contact them to no avail. The phone number on their website is disconnected. Their help desk did respond to me, but said they can only assist with technical issues and offered no further help. I sent an email and got no response, and finally sent a [redacted] message.
