YUMDROP WILL NOT EXCHANGE NOR REFUND, NOR PROVIDE STORE CREDIT. Boots have never been worn, obviously due to two right feet.Called customer service (call center handles Yandy.com & Yumdrop.com orders) Customer service [redacted] was poor and unwilling to attempt to resolve/remedy. Neither with a store credit, refund, or exchange. Her purchase was made on November [redacted] XXXX - X:XX pm (567 days ago). She did not contact Yumdrop until [redacted] X XXXX over a year and half from the purchase date.Unfortunately, when her online order of shoes arrived to her there were 2 right shoes in the box. Our concern was the delay in contact us. We no longer offer the product [redacted] Lace-Up Patent Boots Black / * .We addressed her concern and issued a store credit for the item on [redacted] We could not replace the item because it was discontinued. We could not refund because it had been far too long to issue a credit to the credit card use. Ms. [redacted] has already used her store credit with a purchase made on [redacted]The reason the customer initially did not receive her e-card store credit is because in the almost 2 years since she placed the order the customer had changed her email address. We issued the store credit to the email address on the order.As a result that situation has been correct when a valid email address was provided. And as stated before the customer used her store credit already. I am unclear why a complaint was filed when all of the customer's concerns were address by [redacted]If there a additional question please advise.
