I have read your complaint against our company .I do not agree with everything that has been said,these customers are very Rude and Disrepectful !!! They have a copy of our warranties and our well aware of the fact they have no warranty.We offered the customer ½ off our normal rate to take care...

of this situation,they refused .I will include a copy of our warranties that is given to every customer!To make this problem go away I will restretch their carpet at no charge ONE TIME ONLY!!!!!!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.  As to the statement that we are well aware that the carpet has no warranty, we were given a written warranty as to the INSTALLATION warranty being one year:  it was a VERBAL agreement that they would take care of it if there were further problems. We have REPEATEDLY been told that the CARPET itself has a 7 year warranty, but were never given that in writing, just VERBAL also.

We appreciate very much their being willing to restretch the carpet.  Would also appreciate knowing the real mfg. of the carpet!
