Yuma Overhead Door C.

This company was sent by my home warranty and they replaced my Garage motor and other equipment on 11/5/2015, on 11/8/2015 my dad saw the work and stated it had been done wrong. I meant to call but did not find the time, By 11/11/2015 my door would not open and in an attempt to try to open I heard something break. I made a desperate call to them for help since my car was literally stuck and I had an emergency. After I explained what happened they did not seem very worried about my situation but quickly concluded it was not a problem they could have done while replacing the parts and that I had to call my warranty. I became frustrated about the person denying help from them since they had just been in my house and did not even offer to send someone to help see if it had been an error on their side or not, they seemed only concerned about who would pay for the call. I called my Warranty and they quickly contacted them and they did call to say someone would go help open the door. The worker arrived and I explained step by step what happened, he quickly pointed out what was broken and I attempted to explain that only broke because I tried to push the door which was already malfunctioning before anything was broken. The whole time it seemed they where trying to wash their hands from any responsibility about the work done only days ago. He opened my broken door and I was able to take my car out, he then said I can just have some other company fix the problem. No reliability from them! I said I was going to do a report about the mess they did and regretted allowing them into my home as he got in his truck he yelled a bad word in Spanish which in English it is the equivalent of [redacted] you.Not only that is unexceptionable but kids where outside, I feel very disappointed and only hope to never deal with people like this ever in my life!!
