Good afternoon, Received complaint from [redacted] ; Georgia, serif;">Yuma Pest values every single customer 100% we strive in Customer service satisfaction to meet our customers needs and expectation We performed services for Mr [redacted] in October 2013, January and April 2014, Mr [redacted] was upset that the tech would show up a few minutes late, our procedure is to give our customers a reasonable time range of a one hour window, in case technician runs into an unexpected situation, like we all know we have traffic, accidents, vehicle brake downs, numerous different situations that are unexpected and may arise through out the day for any service company Yuma Pest explain the procedure to Mr [redacted] of our time range that we give customers in the event that the technician may fall behind, due to an unexpected situation Also explained to Mr [redacted] we hate to make a promise that we cannot keep, because of unexpected and uncontrollable situations that may arise We tried several times to accommodate customer, but unable to come to an agreement that would satisfy customer, Mr [redacted] cancelled service in July Mr [redacted] wanted a refund on a annual prepayment paid by previous owner that he inherited when he moved into the home After the last service was performed in April no credit remained on account, therefore no refund due to customer Thank you [redacted] Office Manager Yuma Pest & Termite Systems

Good morning,Yuma Pest & Termite Systems, dedicates to all our customers the upmost great, pleasant customer service. We at Yuma Pest understand how valuable each customer’s assets are to them, and number one priority on up keeping necessary. We at Yuma

We offer different services, service frequency, and warranties to fit each customers needs and request.In order for Yuma Pest & Termite to offer any kind of warranty, we agree to have a consistent reoccurring service between customer and company. Yuma Pest office personal calls all current customers as a courtesy to advise service is due, and when we will be coming out to maintain service at the property.We do not solicit, and only contact customers with a maintenance agreement. Yuma Pest is a local in house company; we do not sell or provide information to a second party at any point for soliciting reasons.We have removed charge on account for customer and cancelled service per ***'s (Daughter) request. Yuma Pest is one of the worst businesses in Yuma, they show up without notice, they claim to clean spider webs when they obviously don't, when they show up they spray all my plants and I've told them to avoid them numerous times, we get billed for services not performedWe cancelled with them and in a week we were billed for a service they allegedly performed days after we canceled and on a day that we were home all dayNo one showed up

To whom it may concern,As we indicated in our original response.  We strive to exceed customer expectations.It is with regret that we failed to meet that standard with this customer.  Every customer is important to us and we are disappointed that we lost this one.In light of the fact that we ultimately rendered ALL 4 of the contracted services, and that we were actually contracted by and originally paid in full by the previous owner, we gladly offer a refund in the amount of $194.Upon the customers acceptance of this offer, they will receive a check at the PO Box on file in 2 to 3 weeks.Regards,[redacted]General Manager

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Yuma Pest is not telling the truth about being late for appointments! NOT minutes late but Hours!!!The tech was not only late by hours on several occasions ALSO NEVER showed up at all for the appointments!!One occasion the receptionst put down the incorrect year and the tech was never scheduled so therefore never arrived at my home.Another occasion I was leaving for Pittsburgh waited till 09:30 AM for an 08:00 AM appointmentAnother occasion the excuse was the tech lost his phone could not be reached never showed up for the appointment.On more than one occasion I asked to be the first appointment at 08:00 but the tech decided on his own to got first to another customer leaving me wait for hours.At best Yuma best is not telling the truth about my complaint
