I contacted this business in early Sept....had to wait two weeks for a tech to come out Had to pay $up front for diagnosis, which was supposed to come off labor charge of repair Had to pay up front for necessary part Had to wait weeks before I called and asked when my tub would be fixed Was told part was on it's way, but I needed to wait more weeks before scheduling repair Waited two weeks and called AGAIN! Was told they would get back to meI mentioned I would be contacting my attorney They finally left an answering machine message saying the part was discontinued and they would give me full refund Still waiting to see if they follow thru
Had leaks in my hot tub fixed in the spring. Leaks were fixed, though I was good. Took the panel off in Nov to look at it and discovered no insulation was replaced. It would have surely refrozen this winter, I'm surprised it hasn't already. took me 8 cans of expanding foam and most of a weekend to fix it. They charged me top dollar, had to pay in advance and they did half the job, setting me up to have it freeze again.
