I have had a long-term care insurance policy since My original agent changed companies, and I had the great fortune to be assigned to Vianey G*** When it was time to go on Medicare and choose a supplemental policy, she did all the research and presented me with half a dozen companies from which to choose She knew the pluses and minuses of each company and the benefits of each kind of policy I chose Plan FWhen the long-term care company raised its rate (1st time in years), we discussed altering my policy She knew that it would cost more to change it than to just not take advantage of the opportunity to live anywhere in the world should I need a nursing home We discussed other factors and made a choice of benefits that were no less than I already had due to having been with the insurance company so long When the medsuppindustry came up with Plan G, she notified me immediately because she knew it was a better deal for meVianey is completely professional while, at the same time, being quite personable She wants to know her client so that she can match wants and needs with available policies She loves researching and is very good at it I have never gotten the feeling that she was steering me in a certain direction because of any benefit to her Bottom line - I completely trust her to take care of my insurance needs

We recently purchased a property in Yuma Arizona We contacted two different insurance companies to get quotes for insurance on our property One was Adams Insurance the other was Yuma Risk Management Group Both of these companies had been referred to us by friends in Yuma Our experience with Adams Insurance WAS NOT GOOD They were abrupt and arrogant on the phone and really didn't want to take the time to answer our questions Our experience with Erik Francis of Yuma Risk Management Group was excellent He obtained three quotes for us and took the time to answer all our questions He was polite, friendly, experienced, quick to return phone calls and very efficient The quote from Adams Insurance and from Yuma Risk were very close in price We made the decision to go with Yuma Risk Management Group solely because of the service we received from Erik F* Great job
