Ordered some Italian chocolates that were definitely compromised and did not taste good. They offered no assistance to the problem. I even offered to ship them back.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I am originally from Northern Italy, "BORN AND RAISED" and I recently ordered one type of panettone "MOTTA TARTUFONE DOUBLE DARK CHOCOLATE/DOLCE NOIR with yellow/regular dough" that was listed on the website of this company and I received a wrong product such as "MOTTA TARTUFONE DOLCE NOIR with "dark chocolate dough"

When I first made the order I remember that both types of panettone , one with yellow/regular dough and the other one with chocolate dough were listed on the website of the company and you were clearly able to open the pictures of those two items and see the difference.

Anyway after I made my order, and after a suspicious delays with my order, I called the company twice and they explained to me that my order was supposed to arrive very soon.

Anyway, during the waiting time I immediately thought that the company didn't have my product anymore, but instead inform the customer about this or take the product down from the website, they made me still purchase the item. Unfortunately sometimes some companies are doing the same thing by make customers still ordering a product that they don't have anymore and keep you waiting until they do receive the item or until you complain and get a refund. This is a common trick used by some companies because they don't want to lose a potential client, so they try to still keep the door open and lock a customer.

Anyway, when I received the item, I immediately called the company and I sent couple emails, the person that I spoke with tried to convince me that the two panettone were similar because the word "dolce noir" was listed on the item.

I tried to explain to him that I was very familiar with those products and that they weren't similar, and he tried to speak some words of broken "italian/wannabe" mixed with English.

Anyway, after I told him that I wanted to return the item, he assured me that he was going to send me a shipping labels.

After two days I didn't receive any shipping labels, and I sent to him another email and he tried "again" to convince me that this products were both similar.

I already contacted my bank and I got a refund from them, but I am still not able to get a shipping label for this item by the company.

I also noticed that as soon as I filed a complain about this issue with the company, they removed one of the panettone that was listed originally from the company website. And I also remember that the person that I spoke with tried to convince me that they never had those two panettone listed on the website before and that they only had one.

Since I am a real italian I am extremely familiar with the products of my country

Best cookies. One can was dented, can I get a replacement since its going to be a gift?

I've been ordering from Yummy Bazaar for at least a couple of years and I have no complains.
The products are nicely and carefully packed to prevent damage. Everything gets always delivered on time.
I order exclusively Italian products, which are cheaper on their website than many other sites and local stores, plus they make sure the expiration date is far.

I have ordered a number of items from Yummy Bazaar and have been happy with the items I ordered. The problem is in the shipping. I have gone out of my way to explain with a phone call and then with an email that I do not have an mailbox at my home but do have a PO Box at the local post office. Simply put if they use USPS, ship to my PO Box, any other method, ship to my residence. This didn't work the second time but then on all remaining orders, they got right until this last one. I ordered and sent an email to them letting them know. They shipped to my residence via USPS and it was returned so I called and talked with Rebecca and was told they were sorry and told me to reorder. I did order again the exact same items. This time I send an email and also called but was only able to leave a voice message. Sure enough they sent it to my residence via USPS. I called and this time I was told by Grace that they were not able to go out to check on how the order was being shipped. I have asked for a refund which they agreed to provide. I have called repeatedly and now they don't even answer their number. I have also sent numerous emails which they don't respond to. I just tried the CHAT feature and have waited for 20 min now and no reply.
I have been told by Meghan who has since left, the company is a 5 person operation. Grace said she is too busy to walk out to the warehouse to check to make sure my order is being shipped using the correct carrier. Rebecca told me this is a small business so I shouldn't expect personal service. I just want to get my refund of $56 before the company goes under. I would describe the employees I have dealt with as lazy, unprofessional and unresponsive. Perhaps the other 3 people have an understanding on how to run a business.

I placed an order on Sunday, December 1st. The charge was completed, but shipment never occurred. When trying to reach a customer service representative, the number went to a voicemail. After 2 emails, no one responded.

Items were delivered promptly and met my expectations. I was disappointed only in the way the canned product was packed, while there was plenty of bubble wrap and paper, it seemed to be one-sided leaving the cans slightly dented but not unusable. One more good whack would likely have done them in.

Received my order and enjoyed it! Great experience and absolutely love it!

I totally loved the spices I ordered and received in record time. Now I have enough oregano to make all my Italian ancestors happy. And can't wait to try the Bkychar Cojlb (Tasty salt with garlic and greens from Russia). Thanks bunchly.

Yes I did read the negative comments and as one commentator stated, they are a small new firm, so I took that into consideration, and was pleasantly surprised as I received at least 2 emails prior to delivery asking if I had received the parcel and if not to contact them after 24 hours...I received my parcel as promised. I suggest that the company has learnt from their limited experience and has obviously improved their service with experience. I wish them well and will use them again.

I’m buying mostly Mulino Bianco products because can’t find them in regular grocery stores, unless driving hours to Chicago and pay more money. Only issue is these products go out of stock very soon, often I have to wait long before they are back in stock, forcing me to order big quantities to have enough for months to come. I wish Yummy Bazar would be able to restock with higher frequency so I could place smaller orders more periodically

They seem reputable, but often I order and they are unable to ship all the items, and items on their website are often sold out. The items they do ship are usually received without three business days. They seem to be a small establishment and have only been in business for little over a year, so I give them a little leeway.

Well, put me down for a very satisfied customer! I received my order quickly via FedEx from NJ to TX, a very well packed 6-Pack Bonne Maman Rhubarb Jam. Delicious stuff and glad I found it here! I plan to buy from Yummy Bazaar again.

This company seems like a scam. I ordered on Aug 31st, its Sept 8th and still no confirmation of shipping or anything. 2 emails to them have not resulted in any response from anyone. I'm likely going to ask the credit card company to flag the transaction and cancel it.
I would advise to steer clear of Yummy Bazaar.

I purchased two food items at $13,90 on August 21,2019 and they have been charged but not shipped .I have sent 3 emails response we will get back to you and *** twice and they said that they cant take your call right now.

Terrible customer service, I received cookies in crumb form and made many attempts to contact them but no response. Lesson learned.

This company is not honest!
I have ordered 2 items from this company and when I received the package one item was missing. I contacted them about the issue, but never got a response with any kind of solution...

Hi Pavel,
Thanks for your response. Our team had since messaged you in July regarding the missing item. The response reads "Hi Pavel,
Thank you for letting us know. We have gone ahead and processed a refund for your missing item. We're terribly sorry it was not included in your order, and for the delay! We're actually a very small team, so our refunds are sometimes delayed. You should receive an email confirmation and your *** should reflect the refund within 1-2 business days, if not immediately. Please let us know how we may assist further. " Please let us know if you need assistance seeing the refund or the message. We'll be happy to help.

Placed an order for cod liver and the items were shown as in stock. 1 week goes by and I get no updates on my order. I had to call in multiple times to find out whats going on. First time I was told because of 4th of July holiday, processing for orders was lagging. 2 days later I call again and I'm told that the items are out of stock and won't be available until august. I ask for a refund and I'm told I wont get an email confirmation for a few days. Absolutely unprofessional business that doesn't know how to operate. Stick with a different website to order food products.

I contacted Megan W on 5/29/19 and my issue is still not resolved. I received an incorrect item and I sent her a picture of what I did receive. I ordered duck fat but I received four small jars of pate' which I do not eat. Then the two Perguina dark chocolate orangello bars did not taste right so I checked with Perguina Baci and according to the numbers on them, they expired in 2016!. I sent Megan the conversation I had with Perugina. She told me this would all be taken care of but is hasn't been and I am not hearing back from her. I told her since this is taking so long to be rectified that I want my money back and NO product from them. I am not wasting my money on something I don't eat and on expired chocolates. I will NEVER order from this company again. They are extremely unprofessional.

The delivery date of Nov. 30 was promised on yummybazaar.com's checkout for the 2 advent calendars I purchased on Nov.28. They were not delivered until Dec. 10. I requested a refund for the shipping cost for both calendars, but John M. from yummybazaar.com stated that they were not able to refund shipping charges for items delivered within the 8-day window that he said is on their website, stating additionally that high volume and the "day of mourning" for President Bush's death probably delayed the delivery. The calendars were delivered more than 11 days later, 3 days beyond an 8-day window and 11 days beyond the Nov. 30 promised delivery date. Had I known that they wouldn't be delivered by Nov. 30 as promised, I would not have purchased the calendars. This seems to be false advertising, and a Better Business would want to satisfy its customers by refunding those shipping charges when they did not live up to their promise.
