This establishment is overcharging consumers every time we purchase food from the restaurant They have a policy of keeping all penny change when you purchase For example if your total amount is $5.32, they will say $and collect $from you This is done every time that I have been to this restaurant I estimated that for every visits that I make, they get $of my money Currently, the prices are not labeled on the board I'm not sure about the menus In the begin, they would not give you a receipt and would only request the amount However, now they are given you the receipt and it confirms that the purchase amount is less than what they are requesting If I demand my change, they will give it to me, but every time I go, they will keep my change I just get tired of asking them for the change This is about $for them annually and this may seem petty, but I think they should give customers the proper change I don't agree with them keeping my change and other customers change They just need to have pennies in their register to accommodate the dispersement of proper change or charge more for the food so they don't have to steal our change

Review: Hello,Im extremely appalled and livid at the situation that just occurred at approximately 3:00pm, July [redacted], 2013. I had called to place a delivery at Yummy Taco, at the usual location that delivers to my address in which I already have their telephone number saved. Firstly, when I called, I was taken aback at the fact that they answered the phone as if it were a personal line. No proper greeting nor acknowledgment was given. As I was asking to place my usual order of the Steak Tostada Salad, I was told that they won't deliver it because it's "Too Far" and that they've "Never delivered here before". I was outraged at this statement because I ALWAYS tip their driver very well. Then I was put on hold, heard them speak a different language (I believe of Asian Descent) and then proceeded to scold at me about not delivering. I immediately got frustrated because I am 5 months pregnant and I've been seriously craving this for lunch. I took a deep breath, and replied to them with a simple "Are you sure because I always call this location". The person on the phone, which I believe he said his name was [redacted], told me yes and that I was a liar and hung up on me. I've never felt so belittled by a restaurant in my life and Yummy Taco has seriously lost a customer.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to just not be so rude and deliver to my location! And if I can get a Steak Tostada Salad on the house, that'll be awesome. Other than that, I just wish I wasn't spoken to nor lied to the way I was.

Review: I was told that they would deliver my meal and as of 10:01pm, they have failed to deliver my order. I want my money back. I filed a complaint earlier about their lack of integrity.Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed for the food I paid for and did not get. According to the menu the cost is $4.95 plus the 2 dollar tip provided
