Revdex.com: I dis agree with what they have just sent yal they are just trying save their self from the mistakes they have just made and like I reported before I tried reaching out multiple times to there company about making payments towards the car...An they was really trying get in contact with me I had two phone numbers on my file and plus I never received any kind of email at...Also I was never behind on my payments just a couple days twice..So I think it’s wrong they come get the car after I done paid over half of the car off Regards, [redacted]

Car was repossessed due to delinquency, Failure to provide Insurance, Failure to provide good contact info, Failure to return repeated calls and emailsAs a financial lender we must keep all collateral covered with insurance and we must have good contact information on file and have good communications with the customerDue to customer being delinquent, refusing to contact us to make arrangements regarding payment, lack of insurance, and lack of communication from customer we made the business decision to repo the vehicleIt is obviously in our best interest if customer continues to pay his payments and maintain insurance and good contact with usCustomer was in clear default of contract and could've easily avoided this whole situation with a simple phone callDoesn't quite seem fair to file a complaint against us with Revdex.com when customer is clearly the person at fault for this situationTo make the statement in his complaint that "he has tried to call and make his payment" but no one answers??? We are fully staffed and open 9-Mon- Sat and phone is and will always be answered during these hoursThis statement that we wont answer the phone to receive payments is just NOT true

Revdex.com: I have spoke with the owner [redacted] and I feel that he and/or his BMG manager [redacted] in Arlington will take care of this matter along with other things that we discussed.? I have been trying hard to get time off from work to be able to get the car back into the mechanics at Ace auto repair but with my increased work load it has been very difficult with the holidays.? [redacted] has been very nice throughout the whole process and more than willing to help us get everything taken care of since reporting to the Revdex.com.? He has offered to replace the rim and tire that I mentioned being damaged before we bought the car as well as alignment and checking the steering to insure that it is safe to drive.? He also stated that he would make sure that the engine seal would be taken care of again as well as checking out the hood to see if it can be straightened out to the way it is supposed to look.? I have great respect for [redacted] and believe that he will do what he said that he was going to take care of when we spoke on the phone.? I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.?

Auto dealer fraud law consists of state and federal rules designed to protect consumers shopping for vehicles, and to punish dealerships that take advantage of their customersThese laws deal with deception and unfair practices by dealers, as opposed to the sale of defective vehicles, which is the subject of a separate set of rules known as “lemon laws.” Primary sources of auto dealer fraud law include the FTC regulations found at CFR (the Used Car Rule), other federal and state consumer protection laws, and the common law tort of fraud? The following statement made by BMG Auto Group is false, therefore, I would like to request for BMG Auto Group to bring forth any and all documents, records, and/or video recordings in order to substantiate the statement below."Mr [redacted] did bring the vehicle to BMG Auto Group Inc after purchasing his vehicle...BMG Auto Group Inc asked him to take to the shop (Ace Auto Center) and have them look at the vehicle to address his issues and to prevent any further problems and BMG Auto Group Inc would pay for the repairs needed." I was never informed that the vehicle had any problems before or after the purchaseAs a matter of fact, the only time I returned with the vehicle was when the vehicle unexpectedly stopped workingUpon returning the non-working vehicle, I was told that BMG Auto Group wouldn't repair the vehicle and that I would have to pay out of my pocket to have the repairs done but that they would refer me to a nearby repair shopThe following day I returned to BMG Auto Group to have my car towed to my mechanic to have my vehicle repaired but was unable to do so because the sales mans that were working at that time wouldn't allowed me to take possession of my vehicle BMG Auto Group allowed me to take the vehicle upon purchase prior to having a Texas state inspection conducted which obviously demonstrates the business' lack of concern for their customer's safety while on the roadWith that being said, I would like to request the most feasible explanation of why the state inspection was ignored if the oil was changed? Most of the time, the same shop that is changing the oil will also conduct a state inspection if needed.? BMG Auto Group claims that the vehicle was purchased on 3-08-2016, which is a true statementHowever, according to my credit report BMG Auto Group has reported to the credit bureaus that an auto loan was opened in January Therefore, I have reason to believe that BMG Auto Group has fraudulently reported to the credit bureaus inaccurate information so that the date the vehicle was repossessed coincides with the correct time-frame that would have to pass for the loan to go into default which would result in repossessionIt had only been days from the date of purchase when I received a notice of repossession in the mail from BMG Auto Group, which isn't enough time for the loan to be considered defaultThe vehicle was only in my possession the first 5-days of the days.?

BMG Auto received an impound notice on Oct 7, stating that the vehicle in this complaint had been impounded on 10/2/ Since Mr*** did not contact us with this information and provide an insurance claim #, in order to halt any further fees, BMG Auto retrieved the vehicle from the
Impound Fee, paying $to get it out of impound It was towed to Ace Auto Center (our repair facility) Ms *** and Mr*** called and wanted the vehicle released to take to their repair facility I contacted the Insurance Company to make sure that a check was made out to the ***'s and BMG Auto which is standard practice to insure the vehicle (BMG Auto Collateral) was fixed to its original condition The ***'s were upset about this and didn't want the insurance company to issue a check that included BMG Auto However, the Insurance did stop the payment on the original check and issued another check to The ***'s and BMG Auto I informed the ***'s (once the check was issued in both names) that they could have the vehicle taken to their preferred repair facility once the fee $was paid (the impound fee and the towing charge was paid I never heard back from them and they did not have the vehicle moved I then left both of them a message to find out what their plans were regarding the removal of the vehicle to their repair facility and when they would be making the payment that was due on their accountThe next day I received this complaint
They are now behind on their payment and have not contacted BMG Auto
BMG Auto will not refund $as Mr*** signed a Motor Vehicle Retail Installment Contract and as of 11/5/still owes BMG Auto $21,
Please close this complaintBMG Auto has only tried to protect their collateral
BMG Auto will pursue the balance on the account by all legal means available to them in this matter*** *** *** *** *** * *** *** *** ** ***

Customer purchased the car and signed AS IS No Warranty agreementIt seems very odd that the customer waited nearly months before filing a complaint with the Revdex.com?

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:They are not telling the truthI attempted to contact them and they neglected to advise that they had a drop box option to pay on the due date*** *** specifically stated to me that "he did not have to answer the calls" on the day the payment was due or any other day regarding the engineFor them to say that I deliberately neglected to make the paymentI have proof on my phone logs and can provide them that not only did I attempt to reach them from my job - they very specifically refused any form of payment over the phone or online They were also closed for business on one of the days they speak of and specifically DO NOT inform the clients trying to pay on time that they have an onsite after hours optionThus putting us in a position for them not only to not disclose that they have a tracking system on the car but so they can position clients where their refusal to accept payments looks like out avoidance, that's simply ridiculous by one day that they are closed on. I've spoken to an attorney, they cannot request 15,in lieu of owed (not stated in the contract) and only state it is because the owner "changed his mind"! You cannot just change your mind! If Mr*** *** is deliberately avoiding clients and allowing his staff to speak on his behalf, then this is scary that such a business will surviveThey are lyingI tried to pay them ON TIME and I am being reasonable in asking for just part of my down payment backI cannot believe they continue to get away with thisThere is no such thing as a "foreclosure" on a carI wouldn't have been delayed if they had been forthcoming about all of their payment options or at the very least answered MY call on the day it was due and disclosed that I could leave the money in a drop box. If they continue to be dishonest and not reach a reasonable and logical happy medium (partial down payment returned), I will move forward with my case and allow my attorney to move forward showing all documentation proving the contract statements, the continued avoidance to remove my image in this vehicle from their social media accounts (which also proves that they have sold this car three times over in a short period showing a pattern of dishonesty), the transcripts of the phone call with *** *** regarding the original non-disclosure of payment options as well as my attempts to contact them and pay them on time, that again Mr*** deliberately avoided (his own word)They are only doing this because I paid them in cash (if this was on a card I would be protected)I understand I drove the car for a short period of time (days), but it's not worth or 15,and they REFUSED payment again NOT because of the contract but because "the owner has changed his mind" that has nothing to do with what the contract saysThat means we choose to take advantage of you because there is no way you can give us 15,for a car you drove two weeks! Simply unlawful business practices and this organization continues to get away with, by berating and preying on clients trying to get a fresh start. Regards,

We immediately had the vehicle in question towed to the nearest certified Chevy dealership and are currently working with them to get the situation rectifiedWe sell all cars AS IS no warranty, but even so we were more than glad to pay for towing to the Chevrolet dealership and are currently
working with them to get any issues with the vehicle resolvedWe are truly sorry that you have had a bad experience but we are doing our absolute best to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Tell us why here.Mr*** purchased a GMC Envoy on March 8, from BMG Auto Group Inc. Mr*** did bring the vehicle to BMG Auto Group Inc after purchasing his vehicle...BMG Auto Group Inc asked him to take to the shop (Ace Auto Center) and have them look at the vehicle to address his issues and to prevent any further problems and BMG Auto Group Inc would pay for the repairs needed. Mr*** did not take the vehicle to the shop and continued to drive it and hence cause damage to the Motor. Even after Mr*** damaged the motor, BMG Auto Group Inc told him if he would make his payment, BMG Auto Group Inc would pay to have the motor replaced in his vehicle at no charge to him, even though Mr*** had signed an 'AS IS NO WARRANT" form at the time of purchase. This form was explained to him in detail and that he would be responsible for any repairs needed. However, Mr*** refused the offer that BMG Auto Group Inc would pay for the motor. BMG Auto Group does not send past due notices in the mail, so Mr*** could not have received a notice in the mail. Our records indicate that an oil change was done on March before Mr*** purchased the vehicle. So any mechanic that Mr*** states claims that the oil was dirty and thick was not only telling him a complete falsehood. BMG Auto Group Inc has an oil change done on every vehicle before it is put on our lot for sale. Mr*** claims that the credit bureau information shows that we reported his credit in January 2016, but the first time that BMG Auto Group Inc reported his account to the credit bureau was on 3/9/and then again on 4/11/and are shown on our records. The odometer reading is stated as Exempt on any vehicle over years old and that was listed on all of Mr***'s paperwork. As a result of a complaint filed with the TXDVM, an investigator came to BMG Auto Group Inc and reviewed the paperwork for Mr*** and the investigator said that our records were all in order and that he found "NO FAULT" with BMG Auto Group Inc and would be closing the file in our favor. Mr***'s claims that there is a problem with the title. There is absolutely no problem with the title to this vehicle and the investigator with the state again found no irregularities with the titleWe have tried to work with Mr *** but as you can see he is unwilling to take our offer please remove this from our Revdex.com page.As you can see, BMG Auto Group Inc tried to resolve the issue Mr*** had and he refused all efforts on BMG Auto Group Inc's part to resolve the issue. BMG Auto Group Inc has a valid contract with Mr*** and he is responsible for the entire contract balance and will not be refunded his down payment. Please remove this complaint from the Revdex.com as you can see, Mr*** has made many statements in this complaint. Thank you, BMG Auto Group Inc
