Purchased a Ford explorer from team one on March 3rdSalesman showed us several vehicles and said the explorer was the most solid and best used vehicle they had for sale So we decided to purchase the truck that day, we paid cash and we're on our wayNot even weeks later the transmission starts acting up so I took it to the transmission shop immediatelyThey drive it plugged it in and came back with the diagnosis that the transmission needed to be replaced or rebuilt and that it would cost anywhere from to 2400$ wonderful it gets better my mechanic also informed me that when he plugged it in the pcode came up and said that the dealership knew about this transmission issue because they have to do a safety inspection and check the vehicle over comolecomp before putting it on the lot for saleThe dealership decided to do nothing erase the code and sell the vehicle and say there were no issues and it was a solid vehiclePlease don't trust this dealership they are dishonest and only want moneyThey could care less about their customersThey did offer my percent off parts and labor after the fact, why would you sell me the vehicle in the first place knowing that it had this issue and was going to cost allot of money to fix
