I am rejecting this response because:Neither the invoice or the estimate that was provided to me indicated the deposit was non refundable Additionally, Mr*** had previously stated that he would return my $check Can he provide a document that I signed with his cancellation policies?I've attached pdfs of my email exchanges with him where he states that he would get to the job and return my check, along with the invoice and deposit forms.Thank you for the help
