I purchased a Jersey from this company and it was not as shown onlineI contacted the company about a refund they were rude to meI later asked for an exchange for another itemThe company did not respondThe jersey I received was much darker than pictured

I placed the order, then got an email stated I couldn’t change the it or get a refund and then I couldn’t get a refund & the order would be delayed 4-It’s been well overmonths & I have yet to receive any tracking info or anythingI’ve reached out several times with the same generic email as a response & still no product

I love ordering from this website/companyFor the most part, you have the jerseys that I'd like/want to have, and the ones that I have ordered from you so far, I am totally satisfied with! I've ordered jerseys for my friends and family, and they also love themI will keep ordering from Custom Throwback Jerseys, because this website/company will always have a jersey in stock for me

Well I was all for this place before I had to deal with them directly I've ordered here for years and I suppose if you don't email them you are good I ordered a jersey, immediately submitted a contact form to cancel and was confirmed cancelled Many weeks later, I received my shipping notice, which I then proceeded to tell them I was not expecting this, as I had cancelled, please do not ship I was told too late it's shipped, so I requested a refund and return and was then referred to their return policy (which is in their shipping FAQ for some reason rather than on the main site) and no returns I told them, well I'll do a credit card return protection because this shouldn't have happened and i'll be leaving a poor review because of the lost cancellation and that their returns policy wasn't clear b/c it's in a poor spot where I would never had looked for it Response was "it is VERY clear assuming you have the ability to read As well as I would suggest you stop threatening us as we do not deal with threats"I was pretty flabbergasted that a company would say that to a customer especially on their mistake The threat they referred to I guess is my saying I'd be leaving a poor review, but it was warranted and imo I'm giving them the chance to fix their error before I do so Oh wellNow that email gets to be a part of my review I was then told to do whatever, knock myself outIf they just had politely said hey can't find that cancellation, sorry, but we can't take returns and whoever said you could cancel was mistaken, but there is nothing we can do about it now, I probably would have moved on I just wanted them to acknowledge my cancellation attempt, rather than blame it on meI will be looking for my jersey's elsewhere from now on I will say their quality is good, but they do take a long time to receive (over a month typically in my experience)

Well, I finally got the Don *** jersey I have been salivating over since The quality and workmanship was excellent, everything was embroidered and made of first rate materials, just like the originalsSizing was perfect
It took a while to receive it, but that's understandable because it was custom made
The only drawback was the expenseI'd like to get the entire starting lineup for the Cubs, but I just can't afford themMaybe later, after I hit the lottery!

It doesn't matter how good the product is, if the Customer Service is poor, I will absolutely go elsewhereShortly after receiving my shirt, I received an email encouraging me to offer feedbackI did, expressing a concern I had with the button holes being misalignedTHIS is the response I got back just as received:

If you knew anything about baseball jerseys you would be aware that ALL Majestic jerseys have button spacing exactly like the jersey you purchased & receivedAs well if this was such an issue for you then all you had to do was look at the clear pictures we offer and not purchase the jerseyCTJ

I ordered a jersey from this guy on eBay, fully understanding the lead time I received the jersey within the expected time Unfortunately, it was huge I contacted them for an exchange for a smaller size and was told that I would be responsible for $in return fees, duties and taxes They auction listing said nothing about thatSince the jersey was useless to me, I shipped it back to the Canadian address that they provided It took days to get to Canada and then sat in a Canadian Post Office for weeks after a delivery was attempted It sat for weeks because they refused to pick it up I contacted eBay to help and they refunded my full payment within hours - thanks eBay for having great customer protection from scammers like this guy!
Then the guy messages me through eBay that I need to return the jersey within days because "the jersey now belongs to us" The kicker is that he now has provided a US address to return it to If he had provided the US address in the first place, he would have "his" jersey back already Unfortunately for him, the jersey is now lost in the Canadian Postal system - seems like Karma to me I will never buy from this company again and would not recommend them to anyone

I ordered a size L jersey (using the measurements on the website)It was shipped July 19, and after giving as a gift, wanted to exchange for an XL as it was too smallPer the website: "We also offer size exchanges (within days)The buyer is responsible for all costs involved in returning the jersey back to us in Canada, as well as the re-shipping cost of the new jersey." I gotta admit that I was VERY skeptical of this website after reading many negative reviews but I took a chance buying a baseball jersey that I really wanted badly and was okay with losing my money if it came to that I'm pleased to say my item arrived exactly in the time frame quoted on website, exactly appearing as described/size wise etc, and I'm very satisfied

The owner is a *** ***! So rude! I ordered a Hockey Jersey (that is suppose to be original) Mid November for a friendI was advised I would received mid December, time for ChristmasSo on the 13th of December I called their officeWhen I called the office line, it was pm my time and pm their timeI was expecting to leave a message for someone to call backBut to my surprise someone answeredI started to ask a simple questionI said I ordered a Jersey through you guys and just curious as to your thoughts on the deliveryHe cut me off quickly and said, 'Do you know what time it is here?" "You have to email that request in with your order #!" I said, Sorry, I am just a little concerned on the delivery date considering Christmas is right around the cornerHe aggressively said " If you ordered it at the time you said, Our shipping is mid month!" I jokingly said, "would you like me to call back in days?" This even made him more mad! I asked do you think this is great customer service? I asked if I could speak to the owner (I own business myself, successful ones, and I figured the owner needs to hear how this guy is treating his customers), well guess what, it was the ownerHe said, "I am the owner." I literally said, "you gotta be kidding me?!" Then of all things, laughed and hung up! I tried calling back now being mad, and no answerI did receive the Jersey the following week***BUT *** They are not original jerseys!!! Plus why is he charging U.Sfunds when being based in Canada??
It is unfortunately funny that after this happened, I went online to read reviews....and guess whatI don't ever write reviewsBut this clown is horrible!!

Upon receipt of order number #***, I simply wanted to exchange one baseball jersey ordered for a different size as per their online return/exchange policy I followed their online process of calling and emailing to request a return authorization number in order to process the size exchange To date, no response has been received by phone or email from the vendor in over three weeks after sending multiple emails and phone messages

This is my 3rd jersey from Custom Throwback, and I was totally satisfied with all of themThe length of time in order to receive the jersey is a little long BUT is totally understandable in order to receive a top quality jersey (and personally named to order)Sizing is a little tricky with the different jersey manufacturer's sizing, this would be the most difficult part in ordering any jersey, the different manufacturer's sizing !

Have purchased several jerseys from this seller and every jersey was top qualityService was prompt and professionalI would not hesitate to recommend this seller to anyone
