Review: I purchased a ring for $425 dollars from this company, when I gave the company the ring to clean the diamonds came out. The company was unable to match the diamonds and asked me to give another $100 for a better ring. When I came to give the $100 there was no ring that could match the price. I came with $200, two gold rings to trade for gold, and my ring that was $425 for a new ring, when I picked out the ring I wanted it was too big and it was bent and the top piece was almost falling off. At this point im there in the store purchasing ear rings thats told be 14k gold but really 10k for $85. I am not familiar with gold quality so I took it to another store where they let me know it was 10k. I brought everything back to the [redacted] the day I was to pick up my ring and told him I would like my money returned due to me not wanting to buy a broken ring and over pricing me for 10k gold ear rings... I have the bent up ring and receipt given to me when [redacted] said no refund and nothing else he could do to help me . [redacted] went on to say he does not not give refunds but I did not get to buy anything, what he did was take my money and in return gave me broken merchandise.Desired Settlement: I would very much like a refund for my earrings$85, $200 and my old ring back also money for my 2 14k rings $35. I just want what [redacted] robbed me of.
