I purchased a 3-wheel kid's air glider scooter. It come with a folded down handle in the box. It did not include any instructions and I can't figure out how to raise the handle so my grandson can ride it. I went on their website and sent them an online message. I never heard back from them. I sent another yesterday and also sent them an email to their support area and never hear back. I then tried to go on their website to get their customer service phone number and after trying for over 3 hours, I keep getting and 502 gateway error. My poor grandson has a scooter he can't ride and Yvolution does seem to care.
