Shame on you Yvonne Taylor & Associates
I apologize for being a very upset person at the moment.

There is something going on in our world today...
The Pandemic? Correct?
yes there is a state of emergency thats usually when most human people regardless of your race, how much money you have or don't have or how many homes you rent out. It is all about who you really are when you come down too it.

Why would anyone degrate or mistreat another in their worst time of there life during this pandemic. It was disgusting 😒 what came out their mouth and how he spoke to me a female.

Yvonne Taylor why would you want to make your self feel superior at a time like this? (It felt like a power trip of evil eviction)

Sending in your intimidating huge goonies to evict your clients in a very rude manner (3 officers and two very very very large loud mouth unprofessional sloppy dressed people )i had to describe them they never introduced themselves or business cards. Your boyfriend and son I believe to rudely evict one single father and his daughter who is at the highest risk of catching the covid-19 with her asthma attack she had right after your people left to throw her out on the streets after her family lived in your property for over 20 plus faithful years. With out any major problems from them. You never had no upgrades to the property it was pretty much a maintenance free property only revenue coming out. I want to see what incidentals you are going to claim after over 20 plus years.

If you feel this is what you really needed to do for example you were starving, loosing your property if you didn't evict him. There is a more humane way to go about the situation instead of a mean nasty disgusting manner you conduct your business. I've never witnessed anything of such manner you presented representing the state of Arizona.

Yes he owed you past due rent. YOU KNOW he never denied it...Did you ever try to help him? Or even just ask what was going on Besides just starting the eviction process you knowing that there were program's that could of helped him, his daughter and the hospice patient who had no were else to go. Not to mention he was caring for him pro-bono(free) the program would of also satisfy your needs (the money).
The sad part is you never attempted to contact him nor did any of your associates (but the older big man said you did contact over 30 times) regarding his eviction.(I do not believe that to be true) The truth is he tried contacting your business on several occasions in person.. As those attempted visits were very difficult to do with his very sick daughter and his hospice patient (Mr. Tyron). He was trying to hand his paper work in and half of is past rent due $4,000 cash. (with a promissory note) to adhere to another $4000 cash in two weeks and he would pay 1 month in advance just so his daughter could get stronger. He just wanted to pay you approx $8,000 to give him until May 30th he would of been completely out. But all he received from your business where nasty rude messages which he still has. I can share them if you would like...
The man you so rudely ivicted has a very big heart. He would never intentionally run from paying his rent. He is a prideful man who doesn't look for hand outs. Or to live in this country for free especially ftom the home his family have been living for so long and the place were his mother just died with covid complications (He paid for the whole funeral and his family's transportation to get here.
He couldn't get out of the home he was confined due to 24/7 care for 2 living human beings that are highly except able to the covid 19. Which doesn't matter to you what the out come will be as they sit in a homeless shelter.
Thank you for trying to look out for my fellow Americans precious children. And I am pretty sure your saying and probably your two other unprofessional associates that's not how it happened. Yes it did its on a vedio diary. There are cameras all over the house inside and out ( not intentionally for you) they were there for several years. They were for the patients.

So as we all pull together to keep America strong...keep your faith stay true to who you are. Just always remember everything will come back to you.
As for the yuma police officers nothing but respect( I'm a lucky sister to two California police officers)
#too keeping the peace

Bye the way I have a brother in real-estate(in California & Mississippi) who owns many properties who is an amazing man to his family and communities. He fell critically ill to the Covid-19 his Amazing medical team told us several times prepare for the worse. He was in a coma for over 4 long months 5 emergency surgeries. Our family, friends and both his communities kept vigils it was amazing to see and feel the love and dedication that there was for my Amazing brother even when we were told to prepare our final goodbyes. During that time his business had to be dealt with there were several who couldn't make the rent. They were told "pay what you can". As they did I returned them back to them in a pre paid grocery card. It was the most amazing feeling to see how I could touch a family's heart with no effort. With that being said. Money didn't matter if I lost my brother but it matters to family's in need. We can make this happen with all the true hearted Americans.

My brother made it he is awake and very alert. He is on a long road to full recovery but with love and dedication besides all the Amazing things he has done for many many people. As well as his Amazing medical team and that one Dr who never gave up (he was an Angel in disguise). He is a survivor the COVID-19 its real and 100% alive. Please take it seriously for your self and others.
Please let's continue to help each other even if you think it's not enough any little bit can make a huge impact and a family for the rest of there lives.

Shame on you
"Yvonne Taylor & Associates"
May God bless you in your time of need or desperation.
