He left more than half of the old transmission fluid in the converter and the fluid cooling radiator and was not going to tell me anything about it until I questioned him in details. Very shady business tactics as far as I'm concerned and charged me $80 for bad service.Desired SettlementRe-do a complete flush or refund my $80.00

Went to repair shop for repair on 2/7/15. Parts delivered on 2/10/15. Scheduled for repair on 2/14/15. Then scheduled for 2/14 and 2/16. Still not. Went to repair shop for repair on 2/7/15. Parts delivered on 2/10/15. Scheduled for repair on 2/14/15. Then scheduled for 2/14 and 2/16. Still not done. Talked to [redacted] and he now asked me to come on 2/18. Told him this is not professional and he should return my cars' part. He called back and told me that it will be returned to the company who send to him. Desired SettlementReturn my cars door rail part back to the company as is delivered to him.

I paid a total of $850 for my brake pads, rotors , and shocks to be repaired/replaced. I bought all of the parts and they performed faulty repair work when they installed them. They broke both of the back seat seatbelt holders and they cut a big gash into my car on the outside by the right front tire, also they put 2 lights on my dashboard which are my "trac off" light and my "ABS" or automatic breaking system light, these lights were never on before! My car was wobbling so bad when I left there my car could not drive straight! I just bought new tires and they are taking a toll due to these faulty repairs, I do not feel safe driving my car and I need to drive every day for work and getting around in general. They have refused to fix the error and I have lost all trust and credibility in them I do not feel safe with them operating on my car and I would like my money back. [redacted] is the main [redacted] that worked on my car and he is very rude and intimidating, he uses his height and deep voice to intimidate me and make himself feel like a big man, this is beyond unprofessional. I did not feel like a valued customer at all, he made me feel like an enemy he was trying to eliminate and me having already spent my money I am not going to put up with that, I only knew this guy as far as repairing my car and that's all he had to do, if he could not do the job right he should not have taken the job at all.Desired SettlementI just want my money back because plain and simple the job I paid to be done was not done and I left with more problems that what I came with and they are very rude and unprofessional I do not pay for this type of shady business.
