Review: Z B Contracting redid my roof due to leaking (11/*/15). This leaking caused extensive damage to interior walls. After repair to roof, I had all the walls that were damaged repaired as well. It has barely been a year since the roof was done that I have the same leaking issue with severe damage to the same walls that were previously repaired.Desired Settlement: I want repair of roof and interior walls that were damaged due to roof leaking.
Review: During the month of March 2015,I hired this company to repair my roof chimney, brick on 3 sides of my home and cement work including cementing my garage floor, which had a very well working drain. The new drain they provided does not work, and last week during a rainstorm, I had 5 inches of water inside my garage, which also seeped into my back garage. It was a swimming pool in there. The company also did not patch cracks and repaint areas on my home which were contracted to be fixed and were ignored. I've called [redacted] every day, he responded he would come each day I called. Many times he would not answer the phone and let it go to voicemail. He has never shown up one time, although he promised he would be here each time. I have many health issues, including high blood pressure, which has spiraled out of control due to this aggravation. I also have knee problems and cannot continue to clean up the water mess each time it rains. I would also like to add that when his workers were putting up my new chimney, all the old cement and bricks came down into the shoot to my boiler & boiler shut down, I had to call a plumber to come and clean out the shoot which had over 20lbs of debris in it. This co license #[redacted] & [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like the much bigger drain put back in working condition in garage,(as it was before work started)all cracks &painting repaired If not willing to comply I would like to hire another Co. & have [redacted] pay them compensation for these repairs.I am a single senior citizen, and paid [redacted] $25,000.00 which he demanded cash, I feel he took advantage of me I wonder about his competency.
Review: The company was enlisted to produce a service. The contract was signed and a deposit was submitted of $1000.00 on 9/**/2014. The contract states that the work was to start on 9/** and end on 9/**/2014. The worker(s) never came nor contacted us. When we contacted them, we were given appointments by the company that were never filled. This happened on at least 3 occasions. Today, 10/**/2014, when called again the individual finally answered and came. He left some minutes later dating he needed my father, the home owner to be present in order to select tiles. We were to give him a call once my father (the home owner) returned and he would return to the property. However, tiles had already been selected. It is my belief that he just wanted to leave and feel like he had a legitimate reason. When we called him to return, he sent a text informing me that he was "busy and to call back later." At this a text, voicemail, and phone call were placed demanding a refund due to the companies lack of courtesy, professionalism, and honesty.Desired Settlement: A refund has been requested. They have agreed to repay by Monday 10/**/2014. If payment is not received by then, further action should take place.
Review: Work was done poorly. They were informed of the bad workmanship, they said they would rectify the issues. They have not.Desired Settlement: We have recieved estimates to fix the job that was poorly done. The estimates were between 1,600 and 2,500. We think a refund of $2,000 is a fair average.
