Review: Had my house painted back in May and afterwards did a walk-through on all of the wood repairs and patch that they did. There were additional costs which I thought seemed justified. Then I was told a seal had broken on the window and it could be replaced. I wrote a check for the amount and then never heard from the company again. I've tried calling, texting, etc. I even have a text from the employee saying that if he could not get the window, he would refund me.Desired Settlement: I paid an additional $475 on June 7, on top of my original quote which I would like to be refunded.
