measurement which was for her two sons. We dont take measurement that people bring in but she said there son where out of town and cant come in to get fitted. We told here please make sure this is the size you need. She said this is the size. So we order the tuxedo. Frome the measurement she gave us. Doing that time we all so told her that Thursday 10/23/2014 of the week before 4 o'clock is the final fitting so she have to come with there son and get fited however anything is wrong we can always reordered so you can get on Friday if not Thursday or Friday before 4 o'clock. So she told my employee that's okay. But she come Friday at 6 o'clock so the time off measurement TO pick up her sons Tuxedo the son was not there if they need to try and make sure length was ok. you can bring get 10 o'clock on Saturday we can fix it so she didn't call or anything after she dropping off the tuxedo she told my employe she want her money back on one tuxedo because the pants was short on him so she was want to speak with the manager so I called her no answer and she call Me I told her if you would tell us on Saturday we would fix the length of the pants because I get everything from company so I told her as a store manager in the future if she shopped at the Z bridal I will give her a discount but she just hanged up on me.
