This is in response to the above referenced claim number. First and foremost I did not falsify any information to the Revdex.com. This is not a new job; this is one that has not been completed. I did receive a call from *** yesterday; however, we did not come to a resolutionAgain, this is not for a new job, it’s for the original job and has nothing to do with squirrelsStrange that *** knew about the opening that should be closed up and assured me they would correct it. As far as my asking for copies of receipts for material costs, it’s for home improvement costs for my records not for tax purposes. His father, ***, had been calling me and gave me his cell number. *** was only here once and really does not have any knowledge as to what was discussed between us. I do plan on contacting the IRS if this is not rectified in two weeks

Review: The work is not finished yet I paid him $4,000. Payment was made as follows, $2500 by personal check and $1500 in cash as he did not want to report it to the IRS. I cannot get copies of receipts for the material costs which I need for my records. I have called him on numerous occassions to find out when he is coming to complete the work but he neither takes my calls nor returns them.Desired Settlement: I would like an itemized bill of all material costs as well as labor.
