Received notice more than six months ago about a bill that was due Mind and Body claimed charges were for missed appointments I came to my final appointment and was DENIED service because of a balance due I was NOT aware of any outstanding charges at that time The receptionist was very LOUD and IGNORANT with me in front of a waiting room full of patients/clients I abruptly left the office and contacted Mind and Body through their website
I spoke with Lisa several times and she was very DEMEANING and SARCASTIC about my diagnoses I explained to her that I was not a Medicaid recipient and had medical insurance through an employer, not state funded benefits When I asked for dates when I didn't come for appointments, Lisa had two that were ERRORS on the company's part I had copies of my appointments and one was NOT on the schedule The other appointment was due to the unavailability of the therapist MONTHS have gone by without any contact from Lisa or other staff memb

Horrible attitudes on the reception sideI have also left numerous voice messages with Lisa at the Dover office to help with an issue I'm having and she will not call backA total of voice-mails so farEverything I call she is "out to lunch" whether it's 9am or 2pm regardlessMy meds manager left the practice and they never contacted me and they cut off my prescription refills until I see the new person in charge of my account by the name of HeatherHeather's easiest appointment apparently is months away bit yet I called as a "new" patient because I had a feeling they were avoiding me and of course they have an available slot this week!! Other times they will put me on hold for very or minutes until I give up waiting, which seems to be their gameThese people are very unprofessional and DO NOT care for thier patientsApparently I missed one script pickup because they told me they would be open Thursday and they were closed and I am a problematic patient! I would urge anyone needing real treatment for a real issue avoid this place at all costs! I also work night shift and called to change my appointment once through the answering service and was told they would get the message but I would have to call back to schedule a new appointmentThen they charged me for not cancelling and I was treated like a criminal because of this

This place is horrible im out to lose my job cuz they want to mess around I been waiting almost month for my paper work

I saw Grace R*** She was good, wouldn't say super compassionate and interested, but explained her reasoning for her game plan pretty wellMy biggest suggestion is to make the patient feel more involved in choosing medication options and the path of treatmentAlso, I would prefer to see a psychiatrist for an intake and have nurse practitioner to monitor med checks, but I saw no psychiatrists on their staff listThe customer service, in my experience thus far, is goodOffice staff is lighthearted but professional, definitely made me feel at ease and certainly not judged

After several visits to Mind and Body yielded such positive results, It is my absolute pleasure to provide this review, after what was possibly one of the most professional and caring atmospheres I can recallFor those reasons and others I would like to thank each and everyone of the staff people there for a wonderful experience

I went to this company in January and after my February appts received my insurance through my ex husband had cancelled end of January I didn't know it They charge the insurance company $one apt and the other $68.25, before I went to the apt when I found out the one on 2/20/called and had to leave a msg to advise my insurance had cancelled, advised I didn't know and should I cancel my appt or come I never received a call back two days later so I went to the appt After the appts received a call stating that I owe the full balance of $for one visit and $for the other, now being advised with a serious depressive disorder, due to loss of job and loss of health, asked the person who does the billing about can they give me some discount First of all she was rude and rushing as if I was bothering her You could hear children or a baby hollering in the phone and when I would say I could not hear her or ask more questions, the person *** was agitated, rude

I do not recommend this place at allThe non-clinical staff is the most unprofessional, unorganized, rude and chaotic group of people I have metTheir office manager should be firedThey are always cancelling appointments at the last minute, and when my son's practitioner is only there once a week, it causes wide gaps between being seenI dropped my autistic sons medication off at the pharmacy on July 6th, now many messages to them later that have never been returned, pharmacy calling them, and trying to get an appointment that was cancelled yet again, my son has gone 1/weeks without medication that he needsI fear that he will end up in a hospital again because his mental health is deteriorating due to being off his medsThe way this place treats people should be considered negligence and medical malpracticeAlso, I scheduled an appointment and they told me one day, but they had another dayThen they charged me a missed appointment feeI was told it would be taken off, but it never wasI have heard that this happens to people there all the timeThey do not care about their patients

The office cancelled my appointment on 5/which was scheduled for after 3:50/4:They rescheduled me for Monday 5/at 3:I called on the way and said I would be ten minutes late because I did not realize I would not be able to get there by 3:as I had never needed toTheir policy allows for minutesThey said I had to rescheduleThey said I could not be seen that day at 3:So I rescheduledThey did not have any 4:appointments before my medicine was going to run out so I made arrangements with work to get there on timeToday I received a notice for a $late fee for the appointment I canceled on 5/It says, "late cancel fees" I have contacted the business and asked for this to be resolved by billing by 5/

I have had An amazing experience with the front office staff and therapists I have seenI would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is in need
