Review: I ordered Z-coil women's tennis shoe in size 9, gray. They sent size 7 in white and blue. This was their fault, their error, their mistake. They refused to pay return shipping. It is not right that I have to pay for their error! I would like a refund of my $12.67.Desired Settlement: See Complaint Text
This customer purchased a pair of size 9 shoes on June 28, 2011. In researching this
claim, I found that the shoes were never returned to us for credit. Our practice
is that if we ship an incorrect size or style, we would send a UPS call tag at
our expense to the customer to have the shoes returned to us. Upon receipt of
the returned shoes to our warehouse, we would then send the customer the correct
pair of shoes ordered. We would never expect a customer to pay for return
shipping if we made the shipping error. I find it difficult to understand why
someone would keep a pair of shoes that were two sizes too small and the wrong
style instead of returning them to us at our expense.

Review: My wife [redacted] has a problem with her feet, it's kinda like a bone spur , when she walks it presses against her heel and is very painful. So she started wearing Z-coil shoes as the distribute the weight differently and is less painful to walk.
We purchased a pair of Z-coil shoes that were advertised to be slip resistant and it is written on the sole of the shoe, however it is not slip resistant and she has nearly fallen several times wearing them..
We attempted to call the place where we purchased them at their advertised phone no. 1-800-268-6239 and all you get is an answering machine, I have left several messages and they have not returned my call. I have emailed them and they have not returned my email.
They say to take the shoe to the nearest distrubutor which we did. The Distributor tells us to take them back to where we purchased them. It's a big run-around.
We purchased these shoes on line for $249.95
My order no. is [redacted] Date 11-22-2013 We was supposed to have 30 no questions asked return policy.. How can you return something if they won't reply / respond to your Messages?
Please advise what to do..

We are sorry that they are not satisfied. We have called them back and left a message that they can return the shoes. They are within their 30 days of returning the shoes. Please contact us if you have any questions.

I have read the response, We mailed the shoes back and according to the Usps.com they received the shoes on 12/21/2013

We have not heard a word from them and have not received our Refund for the shoes.
Today is 12/27/2013
I am at this moment sending them an email to see why we have not received it, or an explaination.
I am not at all happy with their service. It's not just that the shoes are not slip resistant like they are supposed to be. But the customer service is plainly put Horrible.
They will not respond to any kind of inquiry. And gives you every kind of run a round story when they do.
I will not ever use them again. But I do want my money back.
Thank you for your service, without it, I doubt they would ever respond.
