At this time, I have been contacted directly by Z-Comfort Inc regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The Company will not rectify the product and has stated that the product is not faultyThe person hammock they advertise is only
inches wideThere is no way this product is a person hammockThe product is falsely advertisedI feel they do this and except people to not complain because shipping is not refunded and the company will not pay to ship the wrong item back. Again this product is falsely advertised.
