Review: On 2/*/2015 I went & paid for my [redacted] bill in cash for $204.32. On 2/**/2015 I received a letter from [redacted] stating my balance was still outstanding. I immediately called [redacted] with my receipt from Z-Comm Wireless only to find out that the credit was never issued to my account, the store credited a different account. I then went back to the store for clarification. On 3/*/14 I was told by the [redacted]” that since the account was closed, he could not process the payment. He advised me that he would reverse the credit but I would have to return to the store the next day for my cash. I went back to the store 4 times and was told each time that they didn’t have any sales for the day & to come back tomorrow for my cash. I’m now sitting with a late payment to [redacted] & no cash. How could a store reverse my cash payment & hold onto the money for over a week?? It’s now 3/**/15 and I’ve left several messages for a [redacted] to call me back with no response. I’m told each time that the [redacted] is in class and to try back in a few days. This is bad business and completely unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like my cash back immediately since a payment was not applied.
